🇨🇳 A Few Hours in the Great Wall.

📍Jinshanling, China.

💡This is one of the quietest and most scenic sections of the Great Wall.
It’s farther from Beijing, but my favorite.

Go by private car or DiDi, it’s about a 2.5-hour drive.
And for the full experience, stay one night at Jinshanling Great Wall Hotel and get a ticket that lets you visit for sunset, then return the next morning for sunrise.

📍Forbidden City, Beijing, China.

💡Tickets must be booked on the official website.
Sales usually open two weeks in advance.
Bring your passport, arrive around 8:30 am, and enter via Wumen Gate from Donghuamen Street to avoid the worst of the crowds, as much as that’s possible in Beijing.
