Calling all meat eaters in the greater Boston area! 1/4 cow shares available from Charlescote Farm in Sherborn!

A 1/4 cow is approximately 110 pounds of meat.

What's in a quarter cow?

STEAKS: Approximately 12 steaks totaling 22 pounds of meat: NY Sirloin, Top round steak, porterhouse, T-Bone, tenderloin, London broil, flank steak and top round steak

GROUND BEEF: Approximately 60 pounds of meat sealed in 1 pound packages. Perfect for use in tacos, bolognese, meatloaf, burgers, chili etc..

ROASTS: Approximately 5 roasts totaling 25 pounds of meat

Calling all beef eaters! A few quarter cows are still available.

What's in a 1/4 cow you ask? It's about 110 lbs of beef (each cow weighing a bit more or less)
- approximately 45% hamburger
- approx 35% steaks (flank, rib eye, porterhouse, ny sirloin, chuck, tenderloin)
- remaining roasts and stew meat
- optional but also available marrow bones, liver, tongue, heart, and oxtail. Message if interested! by @charlescotefarm
