#ladykraver and I had a great lunch with @rekquity and his wife Queen Rek and Aaron @arizona_mountain_guides and his wife Sammy. If you're ever interested in hiking and climbing, especially more challenging things, Aaron's your man. If you want to learn about remodeling both commercial and residential, Rekquity is your guy! 4 minutes long. At #kraverkeep we took delivery of nine pallets up of Outer Banks Mist 1 ftx6-Ft tile for about 6,500 square feet that will be used at #castlekraver! We had some trials and tribulations and hiccups on getting it situated so we can get it into the alternate garage and then into the alternate garage with Jon Seehorn (who did the vast majority of the work) but eventually it was done! A pretty but not a fantastic sunrise at #kraverkeep. My 128 gig phone ran out of space and by the time I freed up enough space, it went from orange and fiery sunrise to just a normal sunrise. Time to get a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra which can hold up to 2 TB. Time to pony up about 1,500 bucks! taken in North Barrington, Chandler by @charleskraver

South downslope neighbor has got some heavy equipment out and about today! The road is blocked so they can move some steel girders onto the property to set up the floor and eventually set up for the pool. I was too late to get the crane in action. Camelback mountain from 44th and Camelback just before Dawn. I saw lights on the top of the mountain and discussed with Aaron and he indicated they opened the gates for Camelback mountain at 5:00 a.m. And you're allowed to climb just at your own risk. The mystery has been solved for the lights on Camelback mountain. You're allowed to be on the mountain before Dawn and after dusk. It sounds like the official time span is 5:00 a.m. in the morning to 11:00 p.m. at night. They don't allow you on the mountain after the sun has set, but if you are on the mountain after that you can stay until 11:00 p.m.. #camelback #arcadia #echocanyontrail #chollatrail @arizona_mountain_guides taken in Camelback Mountain by @charleskraver

If you're going to a top-notch estate sale in Paradise valley, show up early! For an estate sale starting at 9:00 we got there at 8:30 and #ladykraver and I were 40th in line. We needed to get there at 7:00 if we wanted to be in the front half a dozen. When I counted the line 10 minutes later after this video there were 79 people in line. Another piece of advice is don't park at the first spot you see. Drive both directions from the auction site and determine which has the best parking closest to the auction site. taken in Paradise Valley, Arizona by @charleskraver
