New team. Same drive. Memphis Grizzlies. 🐻

I’ve officially joined the Memphis Grizzlies as a Group Sales Account Executive! One week in, and I’m loving it.

My main focus is churches and religious organizations, along with nonprofits and local businesses. I get to help bring people together through Grizzlies basketball while representing a city that means so much to me.

Pastors, ministry leaders, nonprofit leaders, and business owners—let’s get your group to a game! Send me a message and let’s connect.

Thankful to God for the opportunity. Excited for this chapter. Go Grizz! 🏀🐻

This one means a little more to me.

Cars & Coffee started as an idea I brought to the table last year. From the concept and strategy to the flyers, commercials, promotion, food trucks, vendors and overall execution, I had the opportunity to lead this event from idea to reality.

Our first one brought out around 65 people.

Yesterday, 200+ showed up. 🤯🔥

There’s something different about watching an idea in your head turn into a parking lot full of people.

Grateful for everyone at Jimmy Gray Chevrolet who helped bring it together and everyone who came out and supported.

We’re just getting started. 🏁

Quick Thought from yesterday. The customer experience matters! It’s not just about the review or the truck, it’s the process that was clear and the transparent communication from day one. The businesses that win online aren’t always the ones with the biggest budgets—they’re the ones that show up consistently.

Stop waiting for perfect. Start creating.

Lately, I’ve been using the @getcaptionsapp and its AI Edit feature to speed up my editing process AND I LOVE IT! It’s helped me spend more time growing my business and less time behind a screen!

Downtown the Captions App today and give AI Edit a try!

What’s one piece of content you’ve been putting off creating?

MENTAL FORTITUDE 🧠🦾

I think this is one of the most important skills to develop in entrepreneurship or when going into a new level in life. The more belief you have and the stronger the focus on what you can control, the better. #andthatswassup #entrepreneurship #motivation #speaking #ambition taken in Southaven, Mississippi by @charlesreesew
