This project took alot of problem solving, but i am super stoked with the result!!! Heres some pictures of the process
-collected bunches of oysters from my home town. (Island Creek Oysters)
- bleached and washed each once and sorted through them.
-I picked out the flat shells to make this process easier
-purchase 3 different sized embroidery rings, hair hoops, wooden beads, and wire from Newport hardware ☺️
- this also started from playing around with paper and wire to figure out a system
-i drilled holes in all the oysters with a hand drill and chained them together with hair hoops
-cut wood and created stands to help making the connecting process easier
-then I cut some wood and made a wooden structure where the light bulb could be placed
-primed, and painted
-wired everything together many times
-made sure the weight was evenly distributed
-and now shes all hung up ☺️☺️☺️ by @charlette_art2

shell necklaces!!
-Turned shells I found on beaches, wraped them with gold jewelry wire, touch of gold paint pen on some and made the necklace out of some beads :))
-I put the puka shells in bleach/water mixture to clean well, and then coated them with nail polish clear coat to keep them shiny. Also, drilled a teeny tiny hole in them to wrap wire through ⭐️ by @charlette_art2

Never shared my two store models from my Color Theory Class!
By choosing 2 store genres, 2 different color pallets, and following building/spacing guidelines in the assignment, i created/built a surf shop, and mountain gear shop! By also using color to expand a space,brightening a space, and creating a certian feel/vibe by @charlette_art2
