A month ago, our world got turned upside down when my grandad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. In the middle of all that heartbreak, he had one wish… to try Rémy Martin Louis XIII brandy 🥃✨

Because of the kindness, love and generosity of so many incredible people, we were able to make that wish come true. And somehow, it became even more special than we ever imagined! 🥹🤍

A huge thank you to @eleanorlouisehammond for creating the most beautiful video and capturing such an emotional and unforgettable moment for our family. And the biggest thank you to @bc_louisxiii for inviting us to The Dorchester for a private tasting for my grandad, nan, sister and me. The love, care and kindness you showed us is something we will never ever forget, THANK YOU!!

It truly was one of the best days of our lives. Seeing my grandad so happy, surrounded by love, laughter and family, is a memory we will hold onto forever 🙏

Thank you to every single person who donated, shared, supported and helped make this happen. In one of the hardest times of our lives, you gave us something so beautiful. We will forever be grateful, Thank You ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Found this in my camera roll 🥹

Can’t believe it’s been nearly 7 years since I was asked to speak on stage in Germany! I shared my story on the same stage as Bob Proctor 🕊️🤍🙏✨

I don’t remember every detail of that weekend, but I remember who I was becoming here.

Saturn in my chart rules the 9th house of travel and speaking your truth. 7 years later, Saturn is squaring that same placement, asking me to revisit the parts of myself I thought I’d lost. If you didn’t already know, I have a special connection with the number 7, I was also born on the 7th August 💚

Proud moment 🥹✨

In January, I started my yoga teacher training with no idea what the months ahead would bring. Since then, life has challenged me in ways I never expected. There were moments I questioned whether I could keep going and I nearly gave up but I am so grateful I didn’t because…

I can’t quite believe I can now say, I am officially a qualified yoga teacher! WTF🧘🏻‍♀️✨

This journey has taught me resilience, trust, surrender and strength. More importantly it’s shown me a belief in myself I never knew I had 🫶

Yoga is so much more than postures on a mat. It’s a way of life, a way of being and a practice that has held me through some of my hardest moments.

Thank you to all the amazing women who I have had the honour of sharing this program with, your support has been everything and @thehouseofyoga_ 🙏🤍
