Hey beautiful people! ✨

If you’re new here—welcome! My name is Charli, and I’m a dance teacher and choreographer based in Sacramento, CA. I’ve been dancing since I was 5, training in jazz, tap, contemporary, and my absolute favorites—hip hop and Latin ballroom!

Teaching dance has become one of the greatest joys of my life. Being able to share my passion and create a positive space where kids can grow, express themselves, and build confidence means the world to me.

Fun fact: I have a 4-year-old micro American Bully pup named @kenobi_cash and he LOVES to join me when I teach private lessons! So if you ever come for a session, don’t be surprised if you get a little extra encouragement from him.

I’m so excited to have you here, and I can’t wait to dance with some of you—whether it’s in class, a private lesson, or even online! Let’s keep moving, learning, and growing together. 💃🏽🔥

First solo.
Ritmo de mi Gente

This was such a fun piece! It was incredible to watch Camilla perform and grow through this solo. The confidence she’s gained is evident. Initially, the goals we small: learn the piece; remember it and perform it on stage; don’t run off stage if you mess up lol; take the critiques and clean and correct. But we got so much more than that.

Thank you to her choreographer @charli_cash! We are so thankful for you! This piece was perfect for her and it got everyone in the audience hyped when she performed. You will continue to be part of Camilla’s growth.

Thank you to her studio @thedanceconnection_!! & thank you to her studio coaches @skylarvedwards & @aryanna_lew for all of your time, patience, & corrections.

We are truly so sad to see this solo go, but simultaneously so excited for this upcoming season!!

Enjoy watching Camilla perform her solo for the last time at @velocitydanceconvention nationals in Las Vegas, July 2026.

💃Setting this piece was extra special because these dancers became my very first ballroom students as I stepped back into a style that holds such a special place in my heart.

So proud of these kiddos for embracing something new, working hard, and bringing this piece to life. Watching their growth throughout the process reminded me exactly why I fell in love with teaching in the first place. ❤️

Here’s to new beginnings, full-circle moments, and many more dances to come.

Comp season is officially a wrap! ✨ Had to share this piece I set on these hardworking kiddos.

Big shoutout to @thedanceconnection_ and @skylarvedwards for bringing me out and trusting me with this vision. These dancers worked so hard and absolutely brought the energy every time they hit the stage.

So proud of their growth and grateful for the opportunity. ❤️ by @charli_cash
