24 hours in Poland to make a friend 🙃🇵🇱

It was never really about the challenge. It’s about the people you meet along the way ❤️

It’s been an incredible journey, but for now it’s time to say goodbye as Tom focuses on getting back to fighting. 🥊

The journey continues… 🚌

This time I took on the UK’s longest direct coach journey, travelling from Penzance to London and spending over NINE hours on the road. The new video is LIVE now on YouTube!

@1CharlieMoose on YouTube- Travelling, meeting people, hearing their stories and seeing where the journey takes me.

I’m loving seeing the channel continue to grow, so thank you so much for all the support so far. ❤️

Let me know what you’d like to see me do next — there’s definitely plenty more filming and adventures to come.

🚆 UK’s longest direct train journey OUT NOW! @1CharlieMoose on YouTube 🤝☺️

Aberdeen to Plymouth. 11 hours and 27 minutes on a train.

I challenged myself to speak to someone new every hour, raising money for Alzheimer’s Society along the way 💙

Met some brilliant people, shared stories, spread a bit of positivity…

And nearly got kicked off by the train manager. 😅

Life’s about making memories. Might as well make some good ones❤️

75 HARD ✅🫡

I needed this.

I’ve never always had the best body confidence. Being born with Poland syndrome, with my right chest muscle not fully developed, definitely played a part in that on doubting what was possible.

I wanted something for myself. Something to focus on, push me out of my comfort zone and build a bit of confidence along the way.

75 days of:

• 45 mins indoor exercise
• 45 mins outdoor exercise
• 4 litres of water
• Clean diet
• 5-minute cold showers
• 10 pages of non-fiction every day

But more than anything, it’s been about discipline, decisions and routine.

And that confidence has started to spill into everything else. Lanching my YouTube channel, focusing on the next steps in business and just backing myself a bit more.

I’m bloody proud of myself. ❤️

I’ve decided that with launching my YouTube channel, I’m going to do things for myself.

Things that even if I look back in a year and this hasn’t quite gone where I hoped, I’ll still be glad I did.

Things I’ll have stories to tell about. Things I’ll remember.

First video- Taking the world’s shortest commercial flight. ✈️

There was just one small problem… I didn’t actually have a ticket when I arrived.

If you fancy finding out how I got on the plane, I’d love you to head over to my channel and watch the first video- @1charliemoose
