Was würdest du auf eine einsame Insel mitnehmen? 🏝️
Hmmm … egal.

That escalated quickly. 🌊😂

Growing into my Mediterranean era. 🫒

Mein Apartment ist noch eine Baustelle. Dafür liegt sie mitten in meinem persönlichen Schlaraffenland: Olivenbäume, Granatäpfel, Feigen … All you can eat direkt vor der Haustür. ✌🏼)

Your lymph deserves some love. 🌊☀️

Unlike your blood, your lymphatic system doesn’t have a central pump. It relies on muscle contractions, breathing and movement to help keep lymph flowing.

That’s why I love starting my mornings with a little shaking, bouncing and moving freely — especially outside, with the sun on my skin and the sea in front of me. (If you’re not ready for the beach life spam, I highly recommend unfollowing 🤭)

Here are my 3 favourite moves to wake up your body:

🐟 1. Dead Fish: Swing your arms loosely from side to side and let your upper body follow.

🌊 2. Shake It Off: Relax your whole body and gently shake it out. Add a little bouncing if it feels good.

🪵 3. Chop the Wood: Reach your arms overhead and swing them down in a relaxed, rhythmic movement, bending your knees as you go.

No fancy choreography. No equipment. Just a few minutes of movement to start your day feeling more awake and connected to your body.

Save this little morning ritual & try it tomorrow. 🤍
