Matcha and White Chocolate Shower Gel and Body Butter
The ultimate wellness flavour 🤍
Having just started to drink matcha as it's my total wellness energy - having this as something I put on my body also is just next level the hint of white chocolate just pops through.
The body shop shower gels leave your skin incredibly soft for hours afterwards and their body butters are next level in hydration.

New blog and reel coming soon Charz x

When you go to tell your mum something amazing but you remember she's not here anymore and she now lives through you and is with you in other ways - my Mum would be proud of how far I have come in the last 6 months - life is really changing and she would love I have literally turned my health around 360. I live my life in her honour with kindness and drive forward now with positive inspiration 💕

Wellness is for all ages
Having done quite a bit of research on this I have found it's the little things we do on a day to day basis that add up to feeling good.
Whether it's taking a walk with a friend, going to the gym, listening to music or taking a hot bath or thermal soak it's those little glimmery moments that add up to making us feel good about our lives. Living in a fast paced digital age is a tough one constantly on our phones connected, it's important to take time out from this and focus on our overall health.

What do you do to unwind?
