My path is my own.

My heart + my intentional treatment of humanity speak for me. Glory to God in the Highest for thinking enough of me to keep me. The gates hades shall not prevail against. This is promised.

More Work.
More Fruit.
More Blessings.

I plan to perish empty of the gifts assigned to the work of my hands and I pray that the Creator will keep me long enough to achieve that goal successfully.

Long live the Bison that understand their place in society and the charge to build a better world.

You will always find me at #home pouring into as many leaders as I possibly can. They will be among the leaders to carry the charge forward.

It always energizes me to return and get generation next ready.

🎁 It’s my birthday! Forty-fine and full of gratitude.✨

This past year has been one for the books:

🇮🇹 Spent a month in Italy supporting the Winter Olympic Games

💍 Got engaged to my fiancé and ride-or-die

🚀 Was honored to be named ‘Innovator in Residence’ at the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business
___
As I reflect on forty-fine years, I’m grateful for every chapter —the wins, the setbacks, the lessons, the growth, and the people who have walked this journey with me.
___
Life has not always been easy, but God has been faithful through it all. Every experience has shaped me, strengthened me, and prepared me for what’s next.
___
I also was to give public gratitude to my fiancé Lemont for being an anchor, a supporter, a friend and a rock to me through lots of periods in our process of deciding to come together.
___
Our story is not most people’s story, but it’s one that we give gratitude and thanks to God for. And most importantly, we are elated to be authentically us.
___
@lemont_williams, taking journey next with you will be the joy of my life. So, thank you for asking me to come along your side to build epic memories together.

To my village: thank you. Your love, encouragement, prayers, support and presence have mattered more than you know. I have never, and can never, be fully me without you! I’m a community girlie through and through, know that. I’m so excited to focus on what’s next for us and the progress that we must continue to push for.

My #HBCU, @Howard1867, is not just school — it’s a lifestyle.

It’s a calling.
It’s an anchor.
It’s the #Mecca &
The #HERD always moves on purpose.

This #BlackHistoryMonth, I could not be more humbled to be recognized as a true daughter of my Alma Mater.

I have done my work on purpose and in service to the whole. May we remain ever more clear eyed and direct in the journey forward.

Black History is American History. 🖤

We can never underestimate our collective responsibility to do the work — it must always continue.

And I took it during a conference full of soon-to-be first generation college graduates that are excited about excelling in bright futures. S/O @coclc 🎓🚀

I thank the Creator for covering my body, heart, mind, soul, spirit and path all of the days of my life. Nobody on planet earth knows the story the way I know the story. And only heaven knows how it’s going to continue to progress.

What I know for an enduring fact is that God is good. 🙌🏾 And I am thankful.

Charmion Nicole Kinder was here.

At Frederick Douglass Memorial Hall.

At THE @howard1867.

At the White House, calling @barackobama Mr. President.

In the East Wing learning how to fly from our forever First Lady, @michelleobama.

All around the world making the lives of children, families and humanity better in rooms that my ancestors expected me to be in.📌

Speaking truth to power even when it was uncomfortable in rooms that pushed me out.

Back to the most notable building in the land to represent the affairs of Vice President @kamalaharris — also a student of this same building.

Onward to volunteer and campaign for leader of the free world … with honor, excellence, dignity, purpose and grace.

I left nothing on the field. I have everything to give to the universe. The way we exist now requires a new way forward.

As a daughter of HU, this is my duty and it has been my reasonable service.

I hope that you saw me working to uplift America, the world, my people, and humanity, and I hope that I made you proud.

The beautiful thing is, we are just getting started. More work to perfect this Union shall come to pass.

It’s going to take me to the weekend to respond to all of you, I’m wheels up for work, but I simply love the village that surrounds me and how much love you send my way.

I returned to @howard1867 today for 2025 #PostSeasonPlay proceedings hosted by the @blacksportsbiz Symposium.

The Symposium brings together students and professionals to unite, cultivate, and celebrate excellence across the sports business industry. It serves as a launchpad for talent—spanning leagues, teams, agencies, and organizations—and focuses on accelerating access, building community, and driving innovation in sports leadership.

At the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation, we’re proud to champion @teamusa athletes, on and off the field of play.

🦬#1) Baby Bison, Welcome to “OUR” home—heavy on the WE/US/OUR 😂. We are delighted that you’ve joined us and will one day join the ranks of #OldHoward—nearly 100,000 strong.

🏈 #2) @morganstateu Bears, Welcome. We plan to win the game and we have never lost a party. We are extremely competitive and we also take #Since1867 very seriously. So, do not mind us as we enjoy our family reunion and also don’t take it personally if we are very much into catching up with each other. The #HERD is an extremely tight unit. 🗣️#HHHHU #YOUKNOW
