Sunday you got me flowing with Beethoven 🎼🪄🖊️✍️🎶🎵 music helps me settle any messy head thoughts. 💭 drawing relaxes my tight muscles and together they help my breathing become calmer & soothing. Art therapy is life 🖼️🎶🎵🎨🧘🏻‍♀️ drawing is my passion ❤️ #drawing #arttherapy #artwork #instaart #music taken in Edmond, Oklahoma by @charsefi1

Sketching with pencils . One square led to many squares and lines 😮‍💨✍️✏️📝 my brain sometimes needs this because it’s needing to unwind, unload “stress” by the time I’m done filling out the page I’m calm 💯 almost like I drank chamomile tea 🫖 only one bug a boo……. The charcoal effect from your side of the palm touching the paper it’s messyyyyyy👀✏️ it’s ok it’s part of the package 📦

CharSefi is my little Charlet and My Name Sefi combined! She’s more than my emotional support puppy she’s my sidekick. If you suffer from anxiety like I do then you know how important it is to get grounded and be back in the present moment. We are true warriors🧑‍🎨🫟🐾🎨

Here is a Mockup of my artwork on canvas with a floating frame. Would fit perfect in a living room wall. Light colored wall would allow my artwork to stand out 🖼️✍️#instaart #dailyart #creative #mockup #artwork taken in Edmond, Oklahoma by @charsefi1

Art session 101 👩🏻‍🏫 it’s much slower in real time ✍️ sometimes you grabbed a marker that is drying up 🤦🏻‍♀️ you will retrace as much as needed. You will question yourself if this is worth it 💭🤔🤨 you won’t give up you will keep going 🧘🏻‍♀️🔥 you will feel accomplished when you’re done 🔥🧘🏻‍♀️ music no music up to you 🧘🏻‍♀️🖼️ #creative #drawing #dailyart #instaart #reelviral taken in Edmond, Oklahoma by @charsefi1

Which one do you like? Imagination can you take you to so many places 🧘‍♀️✍️🎼🪄🖊️🎶 it’s such a process behind the scenes when drawing. Some outlines drag out because of whatever creative mind block is happening. Once I let go & flow the art comes to life 🖼️🎨🫟 happy Saturday artist 🎨🪄🖼️🎼🫟
