Before a single robot can move, someone has to SUPPLY the magnets that make them work! 🧐

Everyone is starting to focus on the PHYSICAL AI: Robotics phase of the AI Revolution. But the most crucial part is actually making the parts that make the robots move…rather, the materials that are needed to make such components! And $MP or MP Materials is becoming a huge and major part of this Physical AI buildout.

I also know that $USAR or USA Rare Earth is positioning itself to provide a supply chain of rare earth magnets and magnets manufacturing, but $MP is just that much better at doing that, currently.

I called $SPCX hitting $200 two weeks ago. It hit $225. Now it’s down over 9% today at its lows. Here’s why the valuation math should still have you worried.

I have a feeling that we will be needing to come back to this stock in about 2-3 years to get a better valuation, with tightened price action. I am currently making another wild target that it can go down to $90-$100 once the usual IPO base begins to play out.

The Japanese 10yr bond yield JUST hit 2.72%…

There aren’t too many people looking at what is happening to the Japanese bond markets right now because the AI trade and liquidity have dominated the markets, globally. But we can not ignore this.

The BOJ has already seen a record amount of dissents towards hiking rates, with three of its nine board members dissenting to propose a hike to 1.0%. This represents the most divided decision under Governor Kazuo Ueda’s leadership and the largest number of dissents since January 2016.

If we see a similar outcome from just the fear of the carryover trade unwinding, we will be seeing a lot of the current liquidity in the markets being taken out.

The SpaceX and OpenAI IPOs…It’s worse than you think!

So here is the catch. We all know by the now that the simultaneous mega-IPOs of SpaceX and OpenAI carry an exceptionally high risk of becoming a massive liquidity trap for overall investors, especially for retail traders.

While these companies represent the absolute pinnacle of technological innovation, their public market debuts are structurally engineered to maximize the payout for early venture capital insiders and founders, while locking retail and passive index investors into historically overvalued, cash-burning assets. This alone should give you a sense of pause before looking to trade these IPOs.

America spends more than it makes. EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. 😳

Did you guys know that about 20-25% of the total federal debt was added by Trump from both of his terms(so far)?

During his first term (2017-2021), Donald Trump added approximately $7.8 trillion to the national debt. Because the total national debt sat at nearly $19.9 trillion when he entered office and is over $39 trillion today, that $7.8 trillion increase equates to about 20% to 25% of the country’s total current debt. That is a wild and incredible increase to that figure, and surely puts us at an even worse position for future generations.

But we need a balanced budget as soon as possible, right? But is that the only thing that we need? Why about the betterment of allocating federal revenue and funds? That could also be a significant factor in solving this exponential increase in debt. What do you guys think? Let me know down below!

What do you guys and gals think? 🤨

It’s also interesting that Warsh is looking to NOT have news conferences after each FOMC Meeting. This is interesting because communication is key. We know this because Jerome Powell highlighted that the communication from the Federal Reserve to the American public is what gives the central bank its credibility(remember, credibility is one of the Fed’s major tool). So let’s hope that Warsh does NOT diminish that credibility. I’ll make a longer video on this subject.

Now I’m sure Warsh will follow a path that his predecessors have followed during similar financial and economic conditions, BUT. A big but. Let’s hope that he does this without making significant decisions on the Federal Funds Rate that benefit his and his wife’s portfolio every single time. Overall, I personally still think that this is a HUGE conflict of interest that needs to be addressed and looked over with scrutiny.

🛒 Is your Grocery Bill up in the last few months or even weeks?

Urea prices, the fertilizer that grows most of our food, is up +87% YTD. And now, China is looking to ban sulfuric acid exports starting in May, which is right at the start of crop planting season. Sulfuric acid is crucial for fertilizer production(plant absorbable phosphoric acid to make phosphate-based fertilizers). This will cause even more problems…

Still skeptical? $75 BILLION in fundraising at a $2 TRILLION valuation. Something is ALREADY off. The information here is extremely interesting and quite frankly, troubling/questionable.

I hope that this second video further elucidates the oddity and obvious liquidity trap in the upcoming SpaceX IPO.

$CRDO or Credo makes the high speed copper/silicon and optical interconnects that connect AI clusters at up to 1.6T.

As clusters scale from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of GPUs the connectivity dollars per cluster explode. The optical TAM alone is heading toward $154 billion by 2028.

But of course, let’s just focus on the numbers and data that we just got from the most recent ER Report(gone over in the video)! They basically proved that the AI connectivity demand is real, durable, and accelerating. They can scale revenue to triple digits while expanding margins.

The US Account Decific has continued to worsen under President Trump, even as the US dollar has weakened. 📉

While a weaker dollar can theoretically help US manufacturers by making American exports more competitive globally, it has not offset the expansive government spending, tax policies, and tariff structures driving the deficit higher. And FDI has only decreased significantly since Trump took his second term as President. The data is all pointing opposite to what this current administration had wanted to achieve.

What do you guys think will happen with tho current US Account Deficit? Does it matter or not matter at this point?
