Nailed Grinduro!
Probably the most gruelling cycling event I have done so far, however, its spurred me on to get fitter and do more events.

How loud is too loud? Sounds exceeding 80dB can cause irreversible damage to your hearing, for example, a lawnmower!

We protect ourselves from the sun e.g using sunscreen, however not enough people protect their hearing. If you’re exposed to loud sounds on a regular basis, have you considered custom ear protection?

My happy place. The benefits of wild swimming in fresh water on the body are extraordinary

@cazpryer & I were aching, feeling sweaty and irritable after two days of hiking in the Snowdonia mountains. After a 2 hours siesta mid afternoon we decided to grab our swimming stuff and go for a swim. Afterwards we felt amazing and completely re-energised
