Grit Gala 2026 🌹🦬 it’s so fun to celebrate all the people we work with and their hard work!! The summers aren’t very glamorous or sexy for us but they are character building for everyone involved. I’m so grateful for a wife @abbie.hafen who loves and supports me and all my brothers who bet on me and griff this year. By far this was my favorite year working @the___grit and it’s the people who make it so amazing. I was asked the other day if I like my job and my response was that I really do love it. I work with leaders who are constantly trying to improve in all aspects of their lives, I get to help coach, train, and lead incredible people. Nothing I wouldn’t do for my NY boys ❤️. And a super huge shout out to my partners @dylan.hafen and @jacob.griffith4 who work so hard along side me and uplift our people. NY🔁YN❤️🦬. So so proud of you boys 🫶🏼 by @chase.hafen

Summer 7 ✅. Hard to put into words what this summer meant to me. I worked with the most incredible group of men. I have never worked with a team so bought into the goal and the vision. We truly forged our brotherhood in the fire🔥 . Through all the turbulence, the highs and lows they stayed solid. I couldn’t be more grateful for my family and incredible wife who support me. Im grateful for my partners @jacob.griffith4 and @dylan.hafen on helping make this experience and impact felt so deeply. Abbie and I are coming up on 4 years of marriage next month. I am so incredibly grateful for the life I get to live with her. Being with her is the highlight of everyday and I am so much happier when she’s with me. One thing that we love to do together is travel!! We’ve been blessed to have visited over a dozen different countries together in those 4 years. 🇩🇪🇨🇭🇦🇹
This trip we spent 2 weeks in Europe visiting Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. We got to see 8 different castles, explore the Swiss alps, the Bern temple, Dachau concentration camp, and so much more. It was especially cool visiting the town that the Hafen family is from in Switzerland. I’m a huge believer that the world is worth seeing and being able to experience it with the person I love more than anyone is so special. Grateful to God for these moments in life we have ❤️ taken in Switzerland, Germany, Austria by @chase.hafen

🛸GRIT GALA 2025🛸
So much fun celebrating everyone’s hard work. If you had told me 5 years ago that this is what I’d be doing I wouldn’t have believed you, but I am SO SO proud to be a part of this company and to be in the position I am today. I am moved by these young men and women who are so determined to work hard and get ahead in life and it’s a privilege to be on the journey with them. Hopefully all the glamour of these pictures don’t take away from the fact that what we do everyday is not sexy haha. It is hard work. Late nights, long hours, and rejection. But it is so rewarding to see the growth everyone makes. Couldn’t be more grateful to be doing this with my family (blood and by bond) 🙏🏼❤️and for @abbie.hafen for supporting me and lifting me up when times get tough. My gratitude is so immense and I’m thrilled to be building @the___grit ‼️ by @chase.hafen

@the___grit Charity Trip 2025 Cartagena Colombia 🇨🇴 An amazing trip with amazing people. Being able to go serve others in their home is truly special. On top of that I got to see my brother Christian who is serving the people here in the most meaningful and important way possible. God is good and He loves all His people. This has by far been one of my favorites trips I’ve ever been apart of and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people who made it special ❤️ taken in Cartagena, Colombia by @chase.hafen

Life over the the last 4 months!! I feel so grateful and blessed everyday for the life Abbie and I get to live. Being with family, friends, and creating memories is something that means so much to me and I thank God everyday for it!! by @chase.hafen

GRIT GALA 2024. By far my favorite thing about my job is celebrating the hard work of all the individuals I had the privilege of working with. This year I spent time San Antonio, Louisville & Lexington, Richmond, and Atlanta. I was able to work with inspiring individuals, see their triumphs, hardships, and growth. I get emotional when sharing the stories of these individuals and how they’ve changed their lives in such a short amount of time. The love I feel for them is immense. I’m especially grateful to the guys who allowed me to help and lead them in Louisville and Richmond this year. You have all impacted me and changed my life. Abbie and I to go on an amazing trip with my younger brother Tanner and my parents. Tanner served his mission in Milan Italy and it was so cool to see the people and places he served. We went to Italy for 2 weeks and then spent a couple days in London as well! Was such an amazing experience to be able to see other parts of the world and to be with people I love taken in Italy by @chase.hafen

🔥GRIT GALA 2023🔥 Every year it is so rewarding to be able to celebrate all the hard work our team put in during the summer. Seeing these people grow and become better human beings is such a privilege. All of the people pictured(and SO many others) have had such a profound impact on me. Grateful for the opportunity to continue to learn and grow with @the___grit by @chase.hafen
