💥Product testing💥 We made the short trip over to @barbermotorpark on Monday to hangout with the @jzillatrackdays crew and tested some of our products. We wanted to show just how beneficial the #chasebays Oil Cooler Kit for the Toyota 86 | GR86 | BRZ really is and any of our Oil Cooler Kits for that matter. Without the Oil Cooler Kit the oil temp was approaching 260F quickly on the out lap, which is less than optimal. With the Oil Cooler Kit the oil temp drops from 237F as soon as we get on track for the out lap and drops further as the lap goes on, ultimately landing around 232F and we were able to run the full session with no worries. OIL COOLING IS IMPORTANT!!! Check out this Oil Cooler Kit and others on our website. The Honda Civic / Acura Integra platform has been part of Chase Bays since day one. Long before the catalog grew into what it is today, these chassis helped shape the direction of the brand. They were the starting point for a lot of the products, ideas, and solutions we still build around today. Years later, the platform is still a major part of what we do. We now offer an extensive lineup of Civic / Integra products designed to simplify the engine bay, improve reliability, clean up outdated systems, and make installation easier. Some of the most popular options include: • Power Steering Kit • Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete • Brake Line Relocation for Dual Piston • OEMC Brake Line Relocation • Clutch Master Cylinder Adapter • Clutch Line • Power Steering Delete Kit • Fuel Line Kit • Oil Filler Cap The platform that helped start Chase Bays is still one we continue to support heavily today. Rest in peace to our guy Matthew Reimel…he’s the one in the middle in the olive shirt. Matt passed away Friday Oct 23rd. A long standing @chasebays staffer and even longer than that a friend. I met Matt in a Wal Mart parking lot in 2005, he had the CLEANEST Captiva Blue 92-95 Civic Hatch with a B18B and bronze 5zigen wheels. Wish I had a picture of it! We hung out and worked on cars lots! He joined the Marines and got shipped off to war where he did and saw some very difficult shit. When I lived in California 07-10 he was stationed in Oceanside and visited a few times. Lost touch but then he showed up to Chase Bays in 2021 randomly said he’s ready to work here. 😂 He had a lot of the common outputs you get from joining the Marines and going to war, dealing with life after. He was a REALLY good person and always wanted to do a good job. He cleaned up his day to day mindset so much while he was with us. I know the stories of things he dealt with and saw so I know it wasn’t easy. I’m very grateful to my @ChaseBays team and @bryan_leonard_racing for always being so good to him…we’re extremely grateful to have had him around while we did. Love ya Matt. by @chasebays
