🚨 WATCH NOW: Away Days episode 01 ‘Favela Government’ 🚨 https://youtu.be/M7kVBXlEax4 Red Command (CV) is the oldest gang in Brazil. It’s considered a plague by the government, but for the people of the favelas they control, the gang *is* the government. Inside there’s no police, no state, and no regulations. Street justice rules all. We spent a week in the favelas with CV to see how an armed gang takes on the role of a government.
