Happy Father’s Day 🕊️ by @chaseburan

After almost a decade I was able to reconnect with my father. He was a hardworking and focused man who, to me, remained an enigma until reconnecting with him and experiencing what a great and loving person he was. When seeing him for the first time in almost ten years and experiencing the pure joy and love in his eyes was one the greatest lifechanging moments I have ever experienced. Reminiscing on all the stories together when I was little and reflecting on many of the beautiful moments we had together filled a void in my life I kept bottled in for many years up until a few months ago. He opened another gateway to a huge family I have in Turkey, showed me the passion of Turkish culture and football, and helped me realize how much my family in Turkey is ready to welcome me with open arms. Things started looking up and I was beyond excited to spend much more time with him and making new memories. However, as fast as things were looking up, a month and a half later he gets diagnosed with a glioblastoma and is given around 3 months to live. I was in denial telling myself this wasn’t an issue and he would overcome this no problem. After all I remember him being relentless and strong when I was little. I visted the hospital as much as I could still believing he was going to make it out. Two days ago at around 7:30PM he passed away. As fast as we connected is as fast as he was taken away. As these days went by and seeing all the people he impacted especially his family further makes me realize what a great man he was and how much love he had to offer to his family and those close to him. He lit up the room you were in no matter what situation and I am sure he is doing the same in heaven as well. Love you Dad and I’ll see you soon. by @chaseburan

Dear Callie, you were the best dog anyone could have asked for. You gave so much love that I don’t think anyone could have ever matched or returned. You’ve seen so much over these years and have always been by our side with the biggest smiles. I know you are up there with Lily now enjoying the next life looking down on us. I’ll be forever greatful that I could be a part of your life and will never forget you. (I’ll be looking up from time to time knowing you are still being your goofy self.) See you soon I love you. by @chaseburan

I remember seeing this car for the first time when I was 5 years old on a 2001 DuPont Registry magazine and flipping through its debut pictures falling in love. Fast forward to 2005 and the race version headlines my favorite video game (NFS Most Wanted) and I become absolutely hooked. When I see one on the road or at shows I always stop what I’m doing in mesmeration. Two days ago after years of waiting and sorting I finally landed on one. Man this thing isn’t perfect but I’m so glad I can call this manual E46 M3 mine and I’m looking forward to learning about this thing inside and out. #e46m3 by @chaseburan
