💿 Going The Distance / Woodburner OUT NOW! 💿

Super excited to share these with you. I really enjoyed working on these records. They are expressions with how I am connecting more and more to ethereal, textured soundscapes, floaty hooks and melodies while cultivating a sense of pulse that is ever evolving. Creating something that is always changing, I wanted to make something in depth, dense and deep but also have a strong groove which will pull you into your body and carry you to the end. A conversation between somatic and cerebral of sorts.. Thank you to anyone who takes time to listen to my music!

Hope you all enjoy! Link is in bio for wherever you listen:) by @chasekalis

💿My EP Notknown is OUT NOW!💿

Link in bio !

The Notknown for me was sonically exploring concepts and ideas of things we do not perceive ordinarily, the “unknown” as some call it. This concept of “notknown” came from my questioning of all that surrounds us, things which influence us that are not commonly picked up by our main conscious functions; such as the senses and analytical side of the brain. This was my attempt at exploring influences of the unconscious, the subtleties which influence us, but not being aware of them. I put emphasis and drew inspiration from this concept with the way I wrote these songs. They all embody sounds and textures which you may not notice, but the more you listen, the more you’ll pick up on the details.

I’ve always been fascinated and with the question of “What drives us, beyond our ego?” This EP was more of a self exploration of how I function, why I think the way I do, and gravitate towards the things I do with a goal of understanding myself deeper. With these songs I feel I was able to express the sorta mystique of life, which is what the Notknown EP is about.

Get lost in the mystery, the blurry, smoky, shadowy aspects of this darker, textured but groovy EP. Inspired a lot by techno, dub techno, drum & bass, house, hybrid styles of IDM and morphing between the essence of bare sounds themselves.

Special thanks to the amazing @fluorescentfuneral for bringing the visual aspects to life! by @chasekalis

Just uploaded to SoundCloud my performance of a multi-genre set at @mainstagecle first residency event at @brewdogcleveland down by the flats in Cleveland, Ohio.

I had a ton of fun with this set and am so grateful for the opportunity to share some of my music along with amazing artists whom I look up to. This night was one to remember ! To many more in the future :D

— Played an unreleased ID in it, wonder if you can guess what it is?

Recorded on May 9th 2026!

❄️ Helllo ❄️ I have a new song out today on @ultraviolet_collective compilation ‘Snow Fall’.

Ambient music has always had a special place in my heart, and as I grow and evolve as a human I really love to explore where my soul is pulled to musically. This song was written during a time where I remembered something I forgotten about myself, self love. It can be sooo easy to forget sometimes and beat yourself up even over the smallest things, to the biggest things we deal with on a daily basis; the result of being a human in this meat suit lol. well, as a farewell to the end of 2024, I hope this song can be a helpful reminder to you all as well:)
Check out all the other artists and the compilation!

Hello, my first EP is OUT NOW!!

This EP was me exploring and finding places which I resonate with. An imploring search for a feeling I knew I wanted to express. I was trying to understand part of myself and came to realize in this process it's okay to trust in who you are and what you truly authentically love. I feel as long as you are buoyant in what you're making, it's bound to resonate somewhere with someone.

The goal of this EP was more so an immersive home/travel/daily activities listening experience rather than being played live or in party settings (which you can do, do what you please with it). To listen to walking through nature, looking at a vast landscape, laying in the grass staring up at the stars, or on a commute; a train ride, a car ride etc. Just being with the people you love or even thinking about them when you hear this.

That's what I tapped into while making this EP, those moments that make you feel immense wonder and gratitude for being alive. This is where my mind wanders a lot of the time, contemplating life itself so that's why I called this EP "wander".

I hope you enjoy the record, the dirty mirror selfie and a friend I met at the park one day :)
