$15 for 3 tickets to @updatingshow is a steal considering we paid $60 for 2 tickets in DC! 😮‍💨

I got out of the Air Force in 2024 and I’m still finding things a year later that nobody put in front of me on the way out. This one is called Vet Tix.

It’s for honorably discharged veterans from any era, currently serving active duty, Reserve and Guard, plus immediate family of service members killed in action. There are around 5,000 events open on the site right now and it’s concerts, theater, museums, family stuff, not just games.

The tickets are actually free. You cover a delivery fee to have them released to you. Last night that put three of us in a room right by Power Plant in Baltimore for fifteen dollars. Total, not each. You can request up to four at a time, so you’re not going by yourself.

And if you’re still in, you don’t have to wait until you get out. Active duty, Guard and Reserve qualify right now. I missed that for my entire four years.

I wish somebody had handed me a list of this stuff on the way out. Until somebody does, COMMENT “VETTIX” and I’ll send you the link.

My clients just closed on a new build. washer and dryer installed free, custom blinds on two floors free, closing costs covered, lower rate, lower price.

None of it was on the price sheet.

New construction is way more negotiable than people think. the catch is you have to bring your agent on your very first visit or you lose all of it.
