Career update! For the last eight years, I’ve had the privilege of helping my friends Gray Malin and Jeff Richardson build a brand I’m very proud of — one built on the idea that every day can be a getaway. Through Gray’s fine art photography, captured from iconic destinations around the world, we invited people to bring home memories of the places they love. Along the way, we built thoughtful digital marketing campaigns that helped us better understand our customers, grow the business, and foster a loyal community. That experience shaped the way I think about marketing. Delivering happiness, creating moments of escape, and building community have become the principles that guide my work — and the work that gives me the greatest sense of purpose. In a post-pandemic, increasingly digital world, genuine human connection feels more valuable than ever. So when I learned about an opportunity to continue creating those experiences with Caruso, I knew it was the right next chapter. Today, I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Caruso as Director of Integrated Marketing. I’ll be leading 360° marketing strategy and campaign execution across an incredible portfolio of destinations, including The Grove, Palisades Village, The Americana at Brand, and more. If you’ve ever spent time in Los Angeles, you know these places are more than shopping centers. They’re gathering places. They’re where people celebrate milestones, make memories with family and friends, and experience a little everyday magic — especially during the holidays (!) Cheers to the next chapter — and to creating places and experiences that make everyday life feel a little more magical 🥂 (📷 by @mrdn) taken in The Grove, Los Angeles by @chasemaertens

Last weekend I went to the estate sale of one of my favorite people in the world. Thank you to @bonhams1793 for allowing the public to see and touch the outfits and objects that made this woman so inspiring to those of us who love and appreciate design. The online auction ends in mid-June and I hope I’m able to win something. Anything! Can’t thank @heygraymalin enough for my birthday surprise! We’re at @royalmalewane to celebrate his big birthday, but he surprised me with champagne and cake for my birthday while we were out on my first safari. Such a dream for this Pisces duo 🇿🇦✨ taken in Royal Malewane by @chasemaertens

Just finished Cher’s memoir (part I) and I feel like I just lived her life. It’s what every celebrity memoir should be. Constantly interesting, unfiltered, and candidly introspective. Truly a cultural icon and a trailblazer unlike anyone else. Love you @cher — bring on part II 🕺 by @chasemaertens
