πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯ WINTER ARC: DAY 1 Today, the work begins. December 12, 2026 β€” Phoenix, Arizona. 🌡 I’m officially starting my training for my first 10-mile race at the Phoenix Marathon. My mission is simple: finish all 10 miles nonstop, one mile at a time. But this journey isn’t just about running. I’m building muscle, lean bulking, and working toward a goal of 150 pounds by race day. πŸ’ͺ 🎯 THE GOALS πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ 10 miles nonstop πŸ’ͺ 150 lbs πŸ₯— Consistent lean bulking 🧠 Discipline over motivation No shortcuts. No rushing the process. Just showing up, putting in the work, and becoming a stronger version of myself. Every mile counts. Every rep counts. Every meal counts. One mile at a time. One pound at a time. One stronger me. πŸ“ Phoenix, Arizona | December 12, 2026 #winterarc #phoenixmarathon #HybridAthlete #running #roadto10miles by @chasing.chan
πŸ”₯ THE NEXT CHAPTER STARTS NOW. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ 13.1 MILES conquered. Now I’m chasing 26.2. πŸ™οΈ I’m officially entering the lottery for the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ”₯ Will I get picked? Only time will tell. But one thing is certain β€” I’m ready to chase the next version of myself. This journey has never been just about running. It’s about discipline, growth, mental strength, and proving to myself that I’m capable of more than I ever imagined. The old me would have never believed this was possible. The new me refuses to stop dreaming. πŸ’― 26.2 MILES. ONE CITY. ONE BIG DREAM. Manifesting that acceptance email. 🀞πŸ”₯ HYBRID ATHLETE | DISCIPLINE OVER #chicagomarathon #chicagomarathon2027 #marathon #running #hybridathlete by @chasing.chan
β€œHow the fuck is this motherfucker still going?” πŸ˜‚ Because I refuse to quit on the man I’m becoming. One mile at a time. One step at a time. Through the pain, the doubt, and the days I don’t feel like showing up. I’m not running to prove anything to anybody. I’m running to prove to myself that I’m not the same man I used to be. The miles are hard. The growth is real. And I’m just getting started. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯ #running #runner #halfmarathontraining #runnersofinstagram #marathon by @chasing.chan
β€œThe race is over. The real work begins now.” I finished 13.1 miles. Now it’s time to go the extra mile to become the person I was meant to be. The half marathon proved I could finish what I started. The Winter Arc will prove how far I can go. New season. New standards. Same hunger. This winter, I’m building a version of myself my old self could only dream of.οΏ½ #fitnessmotivation #workoutmotivation #workinprogress #running #hybrid by @chasing.chan

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ CHICAGO β€” YOU WERE EVERYTHING. πŸŒ†β€οΈ September 27, 2026 β€” I finished my first half marathon in Chicago. 13.1 miles. One of the hardest things I’ve ever pushed myself through. At the beginning of the race, I was locked in, listening to Djo β€” β€œEnd of Beginning.” 🎧πŸ”₯ Something about that song in Chicago gave me a feeling I’ll never forget. It reminded me to take in the moment, appreciate how far I’ve come, and keep pushing forward. This wasn’t just a race. It was proof of how far I’ve come β€” physically, mentally, and personally. There were moments when my body wanted to stop, but I kept pushing. Crossing that finish line was an incredible feeling. 🏁πŸ’ͺ🏽 And Chicago? What an experience. πŸŒ† I explored the city, took in the energy, and made memories I’ll never forget. Chicago is seriously one of the best cities to visit. πŸ• Deep-dish pizza?
