RUN WITH A FRIEND - Vol. 25

This week I’m joined by my friend @kararunning.jpg ! Kara is a force in the Philly running community who recently qualified for the Boston Marathon with a time of ~3 hrs and 17 min!
She started running while working as a nurse during COVID and has worked her way up to becoming a multiple time marathon finisher! We grant some laps around the Temple track and talked about the positive mental effects running can provide, marathon training strategies, and running goals for next year🔥
