Bike days do not get better than today. Mid 60s, sunshine and blue skies! Riding on the trainer should be a crime on a day like today. Prime biking in Arkansas right now. @poggio.cc #cycling #cyclinglife #cyclist #cycle #cyclingshots #roadcycling #roadcyclist #roadcyclinglove #roadcycle #roadbike #roadbikelife #roadbiking @limarcyclingofficial #garmin #garmincycling #oakley @oakleybike by @chasingbigfootonabike

Maybe the secret to cars not hating cycling is to ride in costume. Lots of waves, smiles and laughs on the road today! #cycling #cyclinglife #roadcycling #roadbiking #roadcyclist #cyclist #roadcyclinglove #roadcyclinglove #roadbike #roadbikelife #halloween @poggio.cc @hincapiegranfondo @hincapiesports by @chasingbigfootonabike

7,500! That was my 2024 mileage goal. As of today I have hit that goal and still have 2.5 months left in the year! I’m glad I got to share the moment with my best training partner and on an incredibly beautiful route! Dedication over motivation, there were a lot of days I did not want to ride but today I am thankful for each one of those days I got up and went out! #cycling #cyclinglife #cycle #cyclist #goals #roadcycling #roadcyclist #roadcyclingpics #roadcyclinglove #roadcyclingphotos #roadbike #roadbikes #roadbikelife #roadbiking #roadbiking #cervelo #canyonbikes #poggio @poggio.cc @cervelo @canyon by @chasingbigfootonabike

I spend a lot of time on my bike riding and training so I try to find ways to involve the girls whenever I can. Tonight I let them each design one my shoes. I absolutely love how they turned out and really love knowing I will think of them every time I look down during rides and races! @fizikofficial take a look if you need some shoe designers! 😁 #cycling #cyclinglife #cyclinglifestyle #roadcycling #roadcyclist #roadcyclinglove #roadbikelife #roadbiking #fizik by @chasingbigfootonabike

Puerto Rico was great. Beach time to rainforest excursions the island had a ton of fun to offer. Both girls were asking to go back next year before we even made it to the airport! by @chasingbigfootonabike

Fantastic weekend of racing in the Arkansas State Championships. Time Trial Friday, 57 mile road race Saturday and Crit race Sunday. I had a solid time trial, 6th overall, Saturday I had a disappointing mechanical issue that ended my ride early and today I got a podium spot in the state championship Crit race! It’s even better to have great friends to spend the weekend with, especially since Gunner took the overall omnium championship! Also, big shout out to the best cycling coach, @ernielechuga for taking a couple of guys with no racing and minimal riding experience to consistently being on the podium in less than a year!!! @bdelay_lendinglady #cycling #cyclinglife #crit #critracing #roadcycling #roadcyclists #roadcyclist #roadcyclinglove #roadbike #roadbiking by @chasingbigfootonabike

What a great weekend of racing in Tulsa @tulsa_tough! 2 second place finishes in two competitive races along with a weekend full of watching others race. Cry Baby hill absolutely loved up to its reputation this weekend!
