Reposting because this was such a hit and im 1000% sure you’ll stop buying wraps after making these… 🤭🍠

If you forgot about them this is your reminder to make one (again) tomorrow!

Just 2 ingredients, naturally gluten-free and so easy to make.

500g sweet potato
2/3 cup potato starch

Bake for 35 minutes at 160°C (320°F).

Want more vegan, gluten-free & soy-free recipes like wraps, tacos, pizza, bagels, bread, desserts, vegan cheese, meatballs, sausages, ice cream, healthy salads, soups & warm dinners?

I feed my glutes:
🍌 1,000 bananas a year
🥔 185 kg potatoes
🫐 60 kg wild blueberries
🍉 100–200 melons
🍎 120 apples
🍁 5+ liters maple syrup
🍅 1,300 cherry tomatoes

And a lot more carbs.

If you’re afraid of carbs and don’t want to look snatched, definitely DONT comment ‘FIT’.

If you do, comment FIT and I’ll send you my complete program including tracking sheets, my favorite training schedule, go-to meals and everything I use to build my glutes and stay in shape. 🍑

Start now and become unregocnizable by spring ✌🏻

1 year + 2 months later and I still rebound almost every day.

My legs look fresher, got tighter and smoother (not so much water retention anymore) . And the rounder butt is a nice perk 🍑😂 (yesss I lift weights and walk my steps per day but I did that also before I started jumping and to still made a huge difference!)

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a heart to pump it around like your blood does. It relies on movement and muscle contractions to keep things flowing.

Bouncing creates that rhythmic pumping movement throughout your whole body.

That’s why I jump. ✌🏻+ it’s a lot of fun.

PS: Yes, I also do the health bounce with my feet on the mat. Don’t worry 😂 taken in Netherlands by @chasingmelons

Turns out you don’t need to live on protein and spend 6 days a week in the gym to build muscle 😜🍑

Almost 40. Plant-based. Gluten and soy free. 35–50g protein a day. 3 weight workouts a week.

And yes, I built the glutes.

Comment ‘FIT’ if you want the link to my exact strategy & blueprint for building muscle. 🔗 taken in Netherlands by @chasingmelons

✅I would focus on removing Level 1, 2 & 3 trouble maker foods FIRST.

NOT try to remove every single trouble maker food at once. That is intense, especially when you’re just starting.

I would focus on the most important levels first and choose imperfect swaps if they made my life easier.

Store-bought hummus that doesn’t have the PERFECT ingredient list? I’d still choose that over bread, cheese, dairy, eggs and tuna when starting out.

You can clean things up more and more along the way, when you are ready.

➡️Don’t make healing so complicated and overwhelming that you can’t stick to it !⬅️

✅I would stop intense exercise.

If my body was already struggling, I wouldn’t ask it to recover from intense workouts on top of everything else.

Walk, gentle yoga, rest, eat frequently and give your adrenals a break. You can always build the intensity back up when your body is in a better place.

Your own adrenaline is toxic and a trouble maker food too for pathogens 🦠

60 days (or more if needed) without intense exercise is such a small chapter of your life. Give your body the break it needs. You can build strength later.

✅I would keep supplements SIMPLE.

I wouldn’t start by buying 25 different bottles.

I’d start with 5 basics/antivirals like B12, zinc, Micro-C, L-lysine and cat’s claw or licorice root. You can add more later (if finances allow it)

If you want to save money on supplements: TEA.

Deep-steep lemon balm, licorice root, hibiscus, thyme, red clover and nettle. Such an underrated and affordable way to bring more healing herbs into your day.

✨You do NOT have to turn your entire life upside down on day one.

➡️ The biggest mistake I see people make with this lifestyle? Making it so overwhelming they can’t stick to it. ⬅️

Send this to a friend who needs it 🤍

💡My hair loss wasn’t a hair problem.

According to @medicalmedium, hair loss is connected to weakened adrenals and an overburdened liver. So that’s what I started working on.

➡️ Lemon water first thing in the morning
➡️ Celery juice on an empty stomach
➡️ Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie every day
➡️ Fat free mornings (always)
➡️ Lots of fruit, apples and high carb plant based foods
➡️ Eating regularly (grazing) to support my adrenals
➡️ No coffee, matcha, black or green tea or chocolate
➡️ Keeping my diet low fat to give my liver a break

No fancy hair products. No magic shampoo. I worked on what was happening INSIDE my body.

And slowly my hair started growing back.

I could literally talk about hair loss and growing it all back for HOURS 😂 There are so many tiny details and things I learned along the way, so I put absolutely EVERYTHING into an ebook including more of my personal story and journey, my hair routine, supplements, foods that are amazing for hair and my favorite non toxic products.

The one egg didn’t shock us with an AMH of 0.2 but if you know me even a tiny little bit, it might shock you that I’m developing a new love for science 😂

We retrieved only ONE egg (again). And it wasn’t even mature.

Our embryologists didn’t give up on it.

They used something called rescue in vitro maturation (rescue-IVM), giving the egg extra time in the lab to mature outside my body.

A few hours later, it was mature enough for ICSI. They fertilized it and it became a little embryo that’s now on ice, waiting for some more testing.

But I mean…

HOW freaking incredible is that?

The fact that an egg so tiny you can’t even see it with the naked eye, that wasn’t even mature when it left my body, could be matured in a lab, fertilized by hand and grow into a blastocyst inside an incubator absolutely blows my mind.

Science is pretty freaking incredible. 🤍
Thank you @ivflife_spain

I used to spend hundreds trying to fix my skin from the outside. Facials, treatments, skincare… you name it 🤑

Meanwhile, I was completely overlooking what I was putting INTO my body.

This juice is still one of my absolute favorites for supporting that glow ✨

🥕 Carrots — packed with beta-carotene, which the body can convert into vitamin A
🍊 Oranges — vitamin C + antioxidants
🫚 Ginger — packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds
🍊 Grapefruit — vitamin C + flavonoids

Of course, one juice wasn’t the whole story. Changing my diet and lifestyle with @medicalmedium is what ultimately transformed my skin after years of struggling with cystic acne and helping my body from the inside became a HUGE part of that.

These days I’d choose a fresh juice over another €200 facial any day 😂🥕✨

And if you want to know more of the things I did to support my skin, I made you something for FREE

I can’t believe we get to share this update 🥹😭

With an AMH of just 0.2, we’ve had only ONE egg to work with in each round and that we somehow made it this far twice feels pretty damn special. 🤍

Round 1: 1 egg → 1 blastocyst 🐣
Round 2: 1 egg → 1 blastocyst 🐣

Next up: PGT-A testing. 🤞🏼

In the meantime, we’re getting ready for round #3 at @ivflife_spain 🇪🇸 being in the best hands possible.

We are changing up the protocol again to see if we can finally crack the code and get more eggs per retrieval.

THANK YOU for being with us on this journey. The amount of love, messages and support has been overwhelming ❤️❤️ taken in Alicante, Spain by @chasingmelons
