Wanna take it all back to where it started,

It’s beyond surreal that I get to call this place home. A kid from Houston, TX came to Boston chasing a dream, and somehow along the way built a family, a network, and memories that’ll last forever throughout the Boston metropolitan area.

To my parents, I love you endlessly. Thank you for every sacrifice, every prayer, and every ounce of belief you poured into me to not only help myself, but to aid others as well.

To my sisters, thank you for always keeping me grounded and reminding me who I am outside of basketball and accomplishments.

To my professors, thank you for challenging me intellectually, believing in me beyond the classroom, and helping me realize there was always more to me than being an athlete. Your guidance helped shape my future in ways I’ll never forget.

To my coaches and teammates, thank you for pushing me, believing in me, and helping shape me into the man I am today. The lessons go way beyond the game.

To Sigma Chapter, Where the POOL of the Brotherhood Runs Deep, thank you for the brotherhood, the memories, and the lifelong bond. It was always the 17th House 🤙🏾

Boston College gave me more than a degree. It gave me growth, adversity, relationships, leadership, and perspective.

Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle

Love,

Charles “Chas” Kelley III

With his head held high,
bleeding, bruised and pale,
Is the man who will win, fate defied,
For he isn’t afraid to fail!
