Tony Elumelu @tonyoelumelu didn’t build Abuja’s most famous hotel. He saw its value when others didn’t.

After a decade running UBA, he launched Heirs Holdings @heirsholdings in 2010. Its first big move was taking control of Transcorp, the company that owns Transcorp Hilton Abuja @transcorphiltonabuja . The hotel has about 667 rooms and has hosted presidents and heads of state.

Sometimes the smartest move is spotting what everyone else overlooked. 🏨
