🌟 A message from our Executive Director, Heather St. Clair 🌟

This year has been nothing short of amazing—we’ve grown, connected, and worked together to make Chatham County a place where every child can thrive. 💛
But challenges remain:

🔹 Families spend nearly 30% of their income on child care

🔹 Early educators still don’t earn a living wage

🔹 40% of new families feel isolated during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives

We believe these are solvable problems—with your help.
When we invest in early childhood, we invest in:

✅ A stronger workforce

✅ More equitable communities

✅ Lower public costs

✅ Empowered parents and thriving children

Let’s keep building a future where #chathamkidsmatter. 💪
