Say hello to the Dual X6 — the X6 you already know, doing it twice. Two boards, twelve MOSFETs, doubled bus caps, hard terminals, one heatsink.

Prototypes are done. Mass production is booked. ⚡

Specs? 171A to 662A phase, 100V to 150V bus. Whole range covered. Right now, just look at it. 👀

And yes, green means prototype. Ship units are black — a case is already in design. You know how we do it. 🔧

**A 1,000 A controller is only as good as its worst joint.**

Most of them fail at the terminal long before they fail at the die. A bolted lug creeps loose under thermal cycling. A plug-in connector oxidizes. At 700 A continuous, a few milliohms is a hot spot — and a hot spot is a failure.

So the phase outputs on the TRONIC 1000 aren’t plug-in. Three M8 copper studs, soldered straight into 4× copper weight. The joint in this clip is the one that carries the full phase current.

**What‘s under it:**

- 150V max input, 10S–32S
- **1,000 A peak phase (10 s)** / **700 A continuous with liquid cooling**
- 36× IRFP4568PBF, TO-247, discrete stage
- 4× DC-link copper weight, dual-board stack
- DRV-less power stage, EV-style layout
- Onboard IMU, Bluetooth, CAN, USB-C
- 220 × 115 × 40 mm, 1.2 kg

Every unit gets this joint by hand, then tested before it ships.

**$499. In stock.**

**Throttle to the stop. The dials move when the grip moves.**

Bench-testing the TRONIC X12 at 30S today — hand on the throttle, VESC Tool live on the screen, motor doing the work.

What this board is built for:

- **30S** pack (126 V max) — the high-voltage end of the TRONIC series
- **662 A peak phase** (10s burst), held clean through full travel
- Continuous current with **liquid cooling** — we don’t rate boards on a 5-second bench spike
- VESC firmware you tune, not a black box you‘re stuck with

No scripting. No ”trust me.“ Just the grip, the screen, and the numbers.

$**Six ESCs. One board. 45 grams.** If you’ve built a hex, you know where the weight goes. Six ESCs, six sets of phase wires, twelve solder joints per arm, and a rat‘s nest that eats your entire stack height. The 150A 6-in-1 puts all six on one PCB: **85 × 52 × 15 mm, 45 g.** **What’s under the hood:** - 36× SQJQ402E automotive MOSFETs (40V, 1.7 mΩ) - Copper baseplate, temp sensing on every power stage - 6-shunt isolated current sensing, ±0.5% - **120A continuous / 150A peak (10 s) per channel**, 2–8S - AT32F421 @ 120 MHz Cortex-M4, AM32 firmware - Two-way DSHOT telemetry, adaptive ramp-up for heavy props - Stall + over-temp protection $159 for six channels. That‘s about \*\*$26.50 a channel\*\*, in stock now. **What are you lifting? We don’t buy cases. We engineer them around the board.

Every ChatRobotic enclosure is designed and tooled in-house, the same way we build the controller inside it. No off-the-shelf boxes, no compromises between the heatsink and the PCB.

**The build, on every series:**
- **Bottom = CNC aluminum.** It pulls heat straight off the FETs, acts as a rigid mount, and shields the noise. Passive cooling you can trust, sustained current with liquid cooling on the high-power units.
- **Top = nylon (PA).** Light, non-conductive, and RF-friendly, so the onboard Bluetooth / radio stays clean and a dropped screw can‘t short the board.

**The family:**
- **X12 series** — compact, high-density layout
- **TRONIC 250** — our most-asked enclosure, aluminum base + nylon lid
- **SEVEN series** (18 / 30 / 54) — scaled from light to extreme current
- **X6 series** — built around the 100–200V range
- **Custom** — your outline, your mounting, your IO. We tool it.

Running something off the shelf can’t house? Send us the board and we‘ll design the case around it.

**Which VESC are you housing right now? Drop the model below.** 👇
Or DM us for the custom route.

Round ESC. 60 mm. Built for one job: Customer‘s drone-delivery build.

Most off-the-shelf controllers force your mechanical design to bend around their rectangle. This one didn’t.

Custom round form factor (60-65 mm, 4-hole mount) so it drops straight into the airframe. 60 V max / 48 V nominal, 100 A peak / 70 A continuous. Driven by an STM32F405 with Infineon 100V FETs and a TI gate driver, 6-MOSFET layout.

And the part that matters for flight: it runs both FOC and BLDC. Sensored or sensorless, tuned in firmware, not bolted into the hardware.

This is one of custome‘s units, on test.

We don’t only ship the catalog. We build the controller your project actually needs:

- Custom form factor (round, odd shapes, tight envelopes)
- Voltage / current to your spec
- FOC + BLDC firmware
- Your mounting, your connectors, your layout

Have a board that doesn‘t exist yet? That’s usually the brief.

Building something off-the-shelf can‘t? DM us the spec. We do custom ESC / VESC and motor-control builds from prototype to volume.

$129. 300A. 90V. No, the decimal isn’t missing.
Meet the VESC-S 90V (21S) 300A — now V2.
We took the controller that got a lot of you into 90V builds and cleaned it up: tighter layout, refined V2 hardware, same VESC firmware you already tune in VESC Tool.
What’s under the hood:
300A peak phase current
90V class / 21S input
Full VESC Tool support — FOC, traction control, regen
V2 revisions for steadier thermal and signal behaviour
One honest note on the numbers: 300A is the peak phase rating (10s pulse). Continuous output needs cooling — run it with liquid cooling on sustained loads and it sits right in its rated window.
$129 each.
Running 18S or 21S? Drop your pack below — curious what you’re putting this in. 👇

Anyone can spin a motor on a bench. Squeeze the trigger and the story changes.
Today: full throttle test on the X6 100V (22S) 630A.
Under the lid it’s 12 × IPT015N10NF2SATMA1 — surface-mount FETs, direct-FET layout. No through-hole legs, no long current paths. Current goes where it‘s told, and comes back short.
Why we test at the trigger and not just at part throttle:
⚡ Throttle response is where cheap controllers fall apart — lag off the line, stutter mid-pull, cutouts right at the top
⚡ 630A peak phase on tap — measured on the bench, not just printed on a datasheet
⚡ Same stack from first crack of the throttle to full send
Twelve FETs. One trigger. No drama.
Spec
⚡ X6 100V · 22S input
⚡ 630A peak phase · continuous rating with liquid cooling · 10s peak
⚡ 12 × IPT015N10NF2SATMA1 · 100V N-channel SMD
⚡ VESC firmware · CAN + Bluetooth + USB-C

Bare board? Not anymore. The TRONIC 250 just got its shell. 💪

This is the 250 — board and enclosure, one shot. The case splits the job:
⚡ Nylon top — light, shrugs off knocks
⚡ Aluminum base — pulls heat, keeps it rigid

Why that split matters: a controller dies from heat and vibration long before it dies from amps... Drop the 250 in, close it, done. 🔧

Small board, real brains:
⚡ 27S (up to 125V) · 300A peak / 210A continuous with cooling
⚡ Built-in IMU — basically a Onewheel brain in a box ⚡
⚡ 6× HY5012W · USB-C · Bluetooth · CAN
⚡ 84×72×28mm — hides where bigger controllers can’t

Nylon + Aluminum, shipping now.

Same X6 100V core. Two current tiers. Wired to the customer’s spec before it ships.
Out the door today — two custom builds for a client:
X6 100V (22S) — 290A
X6 100V (22S) — 630A, 12-MOS version

Both are wire-lead builds: lead length, gauge, and connectors run to the customer‘s BOM — not our catalog default. They land on the bench ready to bolt in. No crimping, no guesswork.

That’s the upside of building our own boards in-house. One platform, your current rating, your wiring — built to order instead of a one-size box.
Light build, or a 630A monster? Same X6 family. Your spec, your wires, your way.

👉 What current rating is your 100V build spec‘ing — and would pre-wired leads save you time? Drop it below. by @chatrobotic

Plug it in. It just runs.
Today we ran a full link test on the SEVEN 30 — motor, battery, throttle, display, all on one controller.
Every port pulled its weight:
CAN bus — talks to your BMS, a second controller, or the dashboard without a hiccup
Bluetooth (ESP32-C3) — phone-tune it from the seat, no laptop in the dirt
USB-C — direct flash & diagnostics
VESC firmware — the same open stack the whole community builds on
No dropped frames. No comms timeouts. 1655A peak, 1158A continuous with cooling — and the link holds at every step.
That’s a real comms stack: you wire it once, and it keeps talking — through dust, spray, and the kind of riding that cooks lesser boards.
Every SEVEN 30 gets this full link check before it ships. Not a sample. Yours too.
SEVEN 30 — 1655A · $750.

That wheelie isn‘t a stunt. It’s current control.

Watch a mini-moto carve a cone course on one wheel and it looks like magic. It isn‘t. Every instant, controllable punch of torque comes down to one part — the controller.

Too much current and you loop out. Too little and it won’t lift. The difference between a bike that fights you and a bike that does exactly what your wrist asks is a controller that meters current precisely — and backs off before the motor cooks.
That‘s what a VESC does. And that’s what we build.

Our controllers are made for exactly this:
Instant, torque-rich response off the line
Fully tunable current limits — protect the motor, the cells, the rider
FOC smoothness with throttle ramping you dial in to the millisecond
CAN + telemetry, so you can log every run and tune like the pros
X6 series, TRONIC, X24 — different power tiers, same DNA. Whether you‘re building a mini-moto, an e-moto conversion, or a skate build that hooks up hard: pick the board, wire the motor, dial it in. The wheelie is up to you.

Want to build something like this? Tell us what you’re building — we‘ll point you to the right board.
