#MotivationMonday💪🏼 #attheninthhour #truth💣👇🏼 Yesterday, this went down WAY different up in my helmet 🧠👈🏼 than how easy it might’ve appeared to the viewing eye👀 Follow me for a lil’ #chatwithkat👇🏼 if you will 😅 Truthfully though…I fear a LOT!!! My brain spins on overdrive🤪🤪🤪and I often have to remind myself to switch up my helmet 🪖 (yes, I’m a softballer since I could stand, and deemed the helmet switch as the fix for the mental hardships as a collegiate athlete and beyond😅🙌🏼)… Anywho…I lay there watching my kids swimming & jumping into the pool thinking of what I wanted to do… (just that💦) And found myself thinking of all the reasons why maybe I shouldn’t do it🤔 And I thought 💭 gosh there are ALWAYS a 1,001 reasons NOT to do something for some dumb reason…but guess what??? There are also a 1,001 reasons TO DO something you’re dreaming of!!! Then I realized that THAT is THE VERY freakin reason I needed to get up and do it right THEN 💯 JUST JUMP woman🦵🏽💦 🏊‍♀️ TAKE👏🏼THE👏🏼PLUNGE👏🏼 Whatever it is you’re dreaming about, or overthinking… chances are, it’s just that space is your brain trying to keep you safe!!! (fight or flight baby) and I get it… it’s nice there…it’s cozy, and it’s comfy there… but 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄, you don’t 𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄, you don’t 𝑮𝑹𝑶𝑾 and 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄...your 𝑫𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑴𝑺 don’t ever get a chance to come 𝑻𝑹𝑼𝑬✨♥️💫 I am eternally grateful I took that leap almost 2 years ago with a brand new company I knew nothing about but a vision casted… a vision so strong, I immediately held it in my heart ♥️ a Community so 𝙸𝙽𝙲𝚁𝙴𝙳𝙸𝙱𝙻𝙴, SO 𝚂𝚄𝙿𝙿𝙾𝚁𝚃𝙸𝚅𝚁, 𝚄𝙿𝙻𝙸𝙵𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶, and 𝙻𝙾𝚅𝙸𝙽𝙶 that would have me standing in my power, making some MAJOR amazing, life changing~for the better decisions~without hesitation👌🏼😍🙌🏼🙏🏼♥️ Moral of the story 👇🏼 #DontThinkJustDo #lookgoodfeelgooddogood #thesavviway #servingothers #createthelifeofyourdesign #savvipreneurs #proudaf #heartcenteredbusiness #amputeestrong #sarcomasurvivor #painwarrior #qualityoflifeadvocate by @chatwithkat33

Several days late but not an MVP short☝🏻😍🤩 👏🏻 M.V.P.🥎🏆🙌🏻 Not because she’s the loudest. Not because she’s the flashiest. Not because she’s my kid. Because another coach watched an entire weekend of softball… and chose Haylee❤️ he said, “where’s that little lefty slapper—you really have that down pat, you’re amazing.” 🤩 The same kid who quietly goes to work. 🥎 Shows up. 🥎 Competes. 🥎 Picks up & pushes her teammates. 🥎 Trusts the process—sometimes😉 🥎 Keeps getting better. Sometimes the biggest compliments come from the people who don’t owe you one. After you… I LIVED😍 From the tiniest soft-spoken baby with the sweetest little voice🥹 To rainbow face paint smiles🌈 Creek stomping adventures💦 Princess dresses👑 First days of school🎒 Softball 🥎 softball 🥎 softball 🥎 Band concerts🎶 🎭 🪈🎷🥁 Being the best Aunt (and when you feel like it—big Sis🙃🤪) And now somehow… FOURTEEN😭😭 You were the sweetest—snuggliest lil’ babaaay with that soft little voice, shy smile, silly personality, and the kindest heart🫶🏻 And somehow in the blink of an eye… that tiny little girl became this beautiful, talented, funny, strong young lady🥹😭 And the wildest part? Sometimes the things we love most… hurt the most too🥎💔 Tonight ended in tears😭 Not because these girls failed☝🏻 but because they cared SO much🥴 Down by 3 😬 Two outs ✌🏻 3-2 Count😳 Season on the line😰 …and they fought & clawed their way back to tie it up🥹🥎🙌🏻 Emi singled to keep it going while Madi laid down a killer bunt to score Londyn, and Skylar smoked a 2 RBI double to tie it up scoring Emi & Madi 🔥🔥 in the end… we lost by ONE on a walk-off. But mannnnn what a game🥹 These girls learned something this season: ✨Yes you can fight back. ✨Yes you can be nervous and still be brave. ✨Yes you can fall in love with hard things. ✨And yes… sometimes loving something means it’ll break your heart a little when it ends.
