I’m headed to Prague & London tomorrow and here are my essentials that always come with me on trips no matter where I’m going:

1. Fujifilm X-E5: This is a new edition but honestly it’s the perfect setup for when I just want to just have fun taking casual photos during my trip. It’s small enough to slip into a jacket pocket or carry around my neck all day without feeling like a burden.

2. Seiko SKX: A reliable automatic diver that looks good with literally anything I throw on. No batteries, no charging, no Bluetooth, just a really good looking watch that is all I need to tell time.

3. Sony WH-1000XM3: The XM3 is still kicking and while it’s taken a beating, it still cancels out noise really well and sounds incredible so unless y’all convince me that an upgrade is in order, I’m still rocking the XM3s!

4. iPad Pro: This thing wears a lot of hats on a trip like this. It’s my in-flight entertainment for movies and anime, and recently has been feeding my addiction to Magic: The Gathering Arena.

5. Anker MagGo Powerbank: This is also a new pickup but I wanted a power bank that wasn’t insanely bulky and felt intentional with the design. The MagGo is 10,000 mAh, has a kickstand so I can watch stuff on my phone and charge at the same time, and still has a USB-C port so I can charge another device at the same time.

6. Anker Nano Travel Adapter: Travel adapters tend to be super bulky so the Nano travel adapter was a no brainer to save space and still be able to charge up to 5 devices when I need to.

7. Avantree Bluetooth transmitter: This is the sleeper pick of the whole lineup. It plugs into the 3.5mm headphone jack on airplane seatback screens and pairs with my Sony headphones wirelessly. That means I can watch in-flight movies with my noise-cancelling headphones instead of using those terrible wired earbuds they hand out.

8. Kindle: I have been reading more and more lately and right now I’m reading The Martian by Andy Weir and I highly highly recommend it. 8. I typically prefer hard copy books but for trips, this helps me save a lot of space.

These are my travel essentials but drop any other essentials you can’t travel without down in the comments! taken in San Jose, California by @chau_codes

Added a pretty cool addition to the couch right before we kick off the new year!

These little side tables from IKEA add some storage by the couch and also lets us put up some of our little decor pieces as well. It’s all really starting to come together ☺️#apartmenttheraphy #livingroomideas #cozyhomedecor #setupinspiration #apartmentinspo taken in San Jose, California by @chau_codes

Our new apartment is really coming together. Still waiting on some new furniture and need to cable manage the office quite a bit. But so far she’s feeling super cozy ☺️

More updates to come as things come in but what do you think so far? #apartment #apartmenttherapy #cozy #desksetup #setups taken in San Jose, California by @chau_codes

Japan this year was truly incredible I wanna go back already! I came with the full intention of buying my first film camera but saw a Fujifilm XE-5, tried it out and figured it was the way to go.

I instantly fell in love with the film simulation and the infinite amount of recipes I could find and use to get the look I want. I found a couple and clicked away throughout Tokyo and Kyoto.

This type of photography is exactly what I’ve been missing. The challenge of having just one focal length, no stress about shutter, aperture or ISO. Just point and shoot making composition and framing the goal.

So here’s a dump of some of my favorite frames I took on my trip unedited. I hope to post more soon with this camera cause it’s changed the game for me.

With my new role at Intuit, I had to make my space at home more functional. Adding back in more audio equipment and a thunderbolt hub since I’ve got more gadgets on the desk now 😅

And this is by no means finished! I’m constantly adding and changing things but a follow up post / video is coming to talk about all the specific pieces in the setup.

Anything you’re curious about and why I use it in the setup?

Here’s my 2025 Desk Setup!

Took some time to put it all together with how crazy my last job was but now that I’m at the new gig, there’s a lot more balance with time to be able to get back to my workstation and show it some love!

I’ve been absolutely grinding away at Black Ops 6 ever since the game launched and the @scufgaming Reflex FPS controller is a must for me 🙏🏽

I’ve always played with a claw grip but the feel of the grips on the back, being able to change the thumb sticks quickly if I need it, and the instant triggers really enhance my gameplay. Especially with all the sweats in ranked play now, I need every advantage I can get 😂

I used to play pro back in Advanced Warfare and always needed a scuf in my hands. Loved the feel, performance, and even the looks are just so damn beautiful!

Shoutout to @scufgaming for sending this out but what do yall think? Scuf a must cop? taken in San Jose by @chau_codes

Lately I’ve needed to hear words like this..

It’s been hard, mentally draining, and stressful since the beginning of the year. The 9-5 turns to a 9-9 and tack on all the other unknowns in life. Things get difficult to manage.

But I’ve really taken a step back to evaluate everything and when through the process of getting my mind right. I needed to get back on track. I started making excuses, putting tasks off for comfort and convenience. I fell off hard but I knew I needed to turn myself around.

Hearing words like this from people who are all about the grind, knows what it takes to succeed, and ultimately just have a strong mindset always gets me back in it. This doesn’t just apply to my full-time job or personal life but also to content creation which for me has always been a huge passion of mine. More recently I’ve also picked up golf and as a uber competitive person, going on that journey as well to become better and better everyday is something that keeps me moving and focused.

No more excuses. No matter what, I’m puttin that work in with everything in life 😤
