Project #1 (The only jeans I wear) I bought these jeans off eBay for $30 about 2 years ago when I first moved into the city. They’ve been a staple in my wardrobe and I wear them with just about everything in my closet (as one should). As soon as the first hole started appearing I knew I had to do something to keep them alive and picked up on the concept of sashiko (S/O my roommate Diego for the inspo). I’ve been repurposing the same 100% Cotton flannel I thrifted years ago in college and I’m now up to 6 individual patches on these bad boys and plan on doing more as needed. The real question is.. at what point are these jeans no longer considered jeans? Do I call them something like… flannel trousers? by @chawshiko
