Not because I inherited millions
Not because I married a rich man
And 100 percent not because I manifested it into being.

I'm Rachelle aka Chayelle, in my 40s ( just), a Christian mum to a teenage son and a wearer of many hats.

Formerly a Middle Leader Teacher: BURNT OUT and STRESSED!

A few years ago I picked up a side hustle from my phone, juggling during my 40 minute school lunch break and in pockets of time I had around everything else I was busy doing. I started only because I wanted to travel more with my son. Little did I know how much I would need this opportunity or how life-transforming it would be.

Here's the wild part! Im retired at 40, paid off my son's private education, studying at one of the top universities in the world, doing the simple things that most people overlooked. I have time and location freedom and life has never felt better. No more burn out and very little stress.

It wasn't about working harder but rather SMARTER with a proven strategy that actually fits around the juggling real life.

One of the things I have enjoyed since moving out of the city some 10 years ago is doing more of things that makes me feel free.

With my new found time-freedom, since sacking my boss ( LOL) I'm getting reacquainted with one of my favourite past times.

I turned 40

I was getting tension in my head

I felt different

I monitored my BP

It was high

I don't eat unhealthily as a rule of thumb

I dont take too much salt in my food

I wasn't stressed

I exercise regularly

So where did this come from?

My doctor says 'you need to take BP tablets or it can start to affect your organs'

My brother in his 30s says 'I'm on BP tablets'

My cousin says ' It runs un the family'

I say 'I'm reversing this generational curse through diet & lifestyle changes IJMN'

So now I am on a journey to change my trajectory.

Is anyone is the same position as me? How are you dealing with this reality. Would love to hear your tips.
