Small condo renovation. I love a well-planned and charming space. It is not because is not big that it needs to be boring. #condorenovation #naplesflorida #naplesrealestate #naplesinteriordesigner by @chdesign_naples

Behind the scenes. Before anything gets built, I build the board.
Fluted oak panel, layered neutrals, organic textures, all picked to work together before a single piece was ordered. #naplesflorida #florida33105 #naplescondos #southfloridarealestate

1,450 sq ft. 2 bed, 2 bath. Small, but full of charm.
The owners decided to go all in and fully renovate this condo, and this is where it begins.
The direction: timeless and neutral. Warm wood overhead, soft textures, nothing that will feel dated in five years.

Little details that make the difference. Accessories are the cherry on top of the ice cream, without them, it, looks unfinished. #oldenaples #naplesinteriordesigner #dreampantry #naplesrealestate by @chdesign_naples

She wanted black walls. I gave her a dark upholstered bed instead.

Projects for teenagers and children need to be very carefully considered. At the same time you want them to express their personality and taste, oftentimes you don't want to compromise the design of an entire room to a point where you'll have to renovate when they grow up. I've always liked to work with a neutral base so accessories can be changed around once they grow out of a phase.

This is the design proposal for my teenager's room — not the finished install yet. Same olive-green wall, same posters, same guitars — we're not touching who she is. What's changing: an open bookshelf that couldn't keep up with a teenager's chaos, swapped for a dresser relocated from another room. A plain bed frame becomes a charcoal upholstered bed with drawer storage built in underneath.

We're keeping the desk, nightstands, and rug — no reason to replace what already works.

For a teenager's room, paint isn't the fix. Storage is. #naplesrealestate #naplesflorida #teenagerroomdesign #coachhousedesign #swflrealestate by @chdesign_naples

So excited to see this stunning stone installed on the fireplace! 🤍

Our client wanted a seamless look, so these full-size slabs will be craned six floors up.

No seams. No compromises. It’s going to be incredible! #Naples34108 #NaplesInteriorDesign #NaplesLuxuryHomes #PelicanBayNaples #GulfShoreDrive by @chdesign_naples
