⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

If I could’ve, I would’ve finished this book in a single sitting - it was so hard to put it down! I was lucky enough to get an ARC from @robnhorror and I’m grateful! This book was horribly disgusting, fast-paced, and gritty. It went from 0 to 100 in the blink of an eye. This my second read from Rob and I am definitely a huge fan! Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to reading his other books!

I love to listen to certain songs on repeat while reading and Good People by Reb Fountain was it for this book. Surprisingly fits well with the themes of this book 😉

✨ Review: This story is dedicated to Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplices and it is a very fitting dedication. This story grips you tight from the start and doesn’t let go until the end. I appreciate how Anne was able to describe the atrocities committed by the men in this story without lingering on the details of victimization. Overall, a very powerful story that unfortunately can hit home for many women.

Story 4: Little Red Riding The Dark Web 💻
✨ Rating: 5/5
✨ Review: This was my first time reading Anne Snow’s work and I am HOOKED! Her writing style is descriptive, original, and easy to follow. This book grabbed my attention from the beginning and held it all the way to the end, leaving me guessing what would happen next. I highly recommend it to spatterpunk fans and am looking forward to reading her other fairytales.

Story 5: Hansel and Gretel Cannibal Cafe ☕️
✨ Rating: 5/5
✨ Review: This story is also EXCLUSIVE to the collection and I LOVED this story! It’s full of hilarious dark humor and makes fun of modern issues in a twisted way that isnt too far from reality. It’s disgusting but it’s so good! There have been different versions of this classic over time but this is by far my favorite.

Story 6: Old MacDonald Had a Cow 🐮
✨ Rating: 5/5
✨ Review: This story is the 3rd EXCLUSIVE story and it is incredible! Hands’down my favorite story in the collection. It went in a direction I never would’ve expected and I loved every second of it. I am just blown away by this story. Definitely cements Anne as one of my favorite authors. The descriptions, pace, and concept is perfect!

I just finished @splattersnow ‘s 2nd story in her Fairytales for Freaks 🧚‍♂️ collection and my first thought after finishing was what the f**k!

Review: The story follows an ugly duckling who is pushed to edge and takes power back the only way he can think of. Please check your triggers before reading!

I was fortunate enough to get a free audible code from Rob Nelson @robnhorror for this title and I am so graceful!

Review:
I went into this book completely blind and I loved it! I unexpectedly had to take breaks because of how revolting certain parts were. As well as being mindful of not eating during or after listening to it. But honestly, I should’ve known better. The premise of the story is unique and it kept me guessing as to how it would progress. I enjoyed the rollercoaster of emotions the author took me through, from disgust to shock to amusement and vindictive satisfaction. The cherry on top was having Chuck Brugee as the narrator! I will definitely be thinking of this book every time I leave a tip.

Review:
I had the pleasure of reading ET’s book “good for her” and one of my favorite short stories in that book was “A Deadly Sin”. Thankfully, ET blessed us with a standalone continuation of that universe in “Sacred Sins”. One of my favorite parts about her newest novel is how it really makes the reader think. She leaves topics open to interpretation for the reader to speculate on and determine its meaning. ET does a wonderful job of weaving a story of survival of the fittest, issues like classism, racism, and the vileness that can be created by the ultra-elite. I appreciate the sprinklings of Spanish throughout the novel and its cultural significance, especially as a Latina myself

Introducing Jill and Jack, the main characters of @splattersnow short story, Two Little Piggies 🐖 🐷

Review: This short story is great! A quick and fun read. I love how Anne touched on themes of eating disorders on body dysmorphia in a rotten and grotesque way. Even though the descriptions were horrible, some of them were so out there that they got a chuckle out of me! Please read it, you won’t regret it 🐽
