July was one for the books! 🏀🏐📸

As July 2026 comes to a close, we’re so grateful for an amazing summer filled with incredible trainers, athletes, families, and friends. Looking back through our camera roll reminds us just how much happened this month!

We were blessed to host:
🏀 Basketball training
🏐 Volleyball practices and training
📣 Cheer sessions
💃 Dance and fitness activities
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family fun days
🏀 A fantastic Men’s Basketball Night with a great turnout

To everyone who walked through our doors—whether you trained, rented the gym, attended an event, or simply supported us—thank you. Your support means more than you know and helps make our family owned small business, Check It Up, a place where our community can grow, compete, and make memories together. August is filling up! Whether you’re looking for a place for basketball, volleyball, cheer, dance, birthday parties, photography sessions, family gatherings, meetings, or fitness classes, we’d love to host you. Reach out today to reserve your date! #CheckItUp #terrellsmallbusiness by @checkitup.25

A little late posting this one, but our Men’s Basketball Night a couple of weeks ago was a great time! 🏀

We had an awesome turnout, plenty of laughs, some great competition, and just good old-fashioned fun. Nights like these are what Check It Up is all about—bringing people together through basketball and community.

Thanks to everyone who came out. If you missed this one, don’t worry… we’ll be back on the court again soon! 👊🏀 by @checkitup.25

What does June at Check It Up look like? 🏀🏐💙

A whole lot of community.

This month has been filled with volleyball training, basketball training, team practices, families renting the gym to play together, men’s basketball, Zumba, cheer and dance, a football team’s uniform fitting day, photo sessions, and so many moments of fun.

Seeing our gym filled with athletes, families, coaches, and our community doing what they love is exactly why we opened our doors.

Thank you to every customer who has chosen Check It Up. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to see what July brings! 💙💚

We rent our space for all kinds of activities, and now we’re bringing the party with Zumba! 💃🎉 It’s a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. We turn down the lights, turn up the music, and have a blast. Come see what all the fun is about! #checkitup #zumbafitness #zumbaterrell #zumbaforney #zumbakaufman by @checkitup.25
