The life of a photographer’s dog; coming home from a trial and only having a photo of you in a down stay on some steps 😂 But we would not have it any other way!

Cheddar was a rockstar at the Cyber Scent Work trial! She q’ed in all of her searches, and showed us her drive to source when a pop up play tent got caught on her harness! I always have the most fun with Cheddar, and she even got to show off her “real job” skills and photographed two runs by my side while she waited for her ride home. by @cheddarsparade

I have far too many photos of her to pick from, but happy 3rd birthday to my best little Cheddar! You bring so much joy to me and everyone around you. I am so lucky to have you by my side to navigate travels, and well, life! 💜 Proud of the grown up you’ve become. Here is to many more Cheddy, it’s always your moment 🧀 by @cheddarsparade

July 2026 ➡️ July 2024 💕🧀

Same ring just two years difference. The second photo was Cheddar’s first full day of work 🥹 So proud of this little dog and lucky she is able to spend so much time at my side!

As always, thank you to @jesswindhurst and team for allowing her to join me, and supporting us always! taken in Vermont Summer Festival Horse Show by @cheddarsparade

Cheddar got to do her favorite thing with her favorite people yesterday! Cheddar took on a crazy environment to Q in 5/6 of her searches (handler error on the NQ, of course)! She earned her Intermediate Interior title, was 1st in a challenging Intermediate Exterior Search, second in Interior Advanced, and a few other placings!

Incredibly proud of how Cheddar handled such a unique environment and how far she has come with her crating skills.

Thank you to Jess and Simone for always taking the best photos of Cheddar, as well! taken in New England Air Museum by @cheddarsparade

The best trial all year! Thank you so much to Tails-U-Win for hosting such a fun trial! Cheddar and I are also grateful to all of our friends for always making it fun.

Cheddar was a rockstar today, Q’ing in all but one of her searches (at fault of her handler, of course). She even won her intermediate vehicles, intermediate interior, and her second ever advanced container search! So proud of this special little dog 🧀💜 taken in Tails-U-Win!
