💙 Sometimes getting things out in the open is good 💙

“I’ve been struggling again” doesn’t seem to add up, coz it’s not really “again” and hasn’t been for quite some time. Some days are just easier to pretend or act like I’m okay, and at times, it helps to do that, it’s kinda nice to pretend I’m okay if that makes sense?

I went back to a type of therapy this week and it was really tough, I’ve been discharged and referred to another type of mental health support hopefully soon. I’m really trying my best to get better, whatever that looks like. My cats have also been sick (albeit Momo is now okay) Goku has had some issues too. I was at A&E myself this week and also been navigating how I go forward with the mountains of debt I’ve been suffocating in.

I’ve felt a lot of shame with the latter, I’m 34, I quit my job last year for a plethora of reasons (mainly my health), I don’t have a back up or savings. I’m even exploring debt relief options and bankruptcy. I feel like sometimes I’ve failed as a person. But I was also dealt some pretty tough cards in my life that I wasn’t equipped to navigate.

I’m not saying these things as a cry for help, I’ve always prided myself on being open as a content creator and streamer, and maybe you can also relate and feel less alone? I hope so, some of these things still feel so taboo to talk about online but I don’t think it should be.

Thank you to anyone who has shown me kindness, patience and love. I took this week off from streaming and I miss hanging out so much, hoping to be back next week 💚

Sadly been really unwell since last night so I couldn’t stream the final day of September but but but look!

We hit the first month of the level 2 plus program 😭💟💟 This is honestly such a crazy milestone and a representation of HOW supportive and amazing my community are 🫶🏻 I’m so grateful for each and every single one of them!!

Month 1 down ✅ Month 2 and 3 to go! If I can hit it for 3 months straight I get a higher revenue split from Twitch 🥹💞
