POV: You’re 7 years old and you find a coach who believes in you. ❤️

Coach Jorge makes me work hard, and reminds me that I can do hard things.

Second year of All-Star cheer. First year flying. Still learning. Still growing. ✨

Little flyer. BIG dreams. 💫

Thanks for always believing in me, Coach Jorge @georglmg ❤️

It’s about helping them overcome their fears and become mentally strong; I’ve had Morgan for a year now, and she is proof of the hard work we’ve done together. Her mom wants her to be the best, and she is achieving that. @cheer_with_morgan by @cheer_with_morgan

Meet Spirit Shortcake! 🧸🎀💕

I earned our Spirit team mascot this week, so of course she had to come to ALL my lessons!

She met my coaches, watched me train, and even got to FLY at CheerForward with me and Coach Jeff @the_jdean 😂

I think Shortcake might be a natural! 💕

❤️🤍🖤 What does it mean to be a Mini Cardinal?

It means working hard, pushing yourself, and never giving up. 💪

It means making memories, sharing laughs, and having the BEST time with your favorite people. 🥹

But most importantly, it means being part of something bigger than yourself. A team that feels like FAMILY. ❤️

We’re little, but our dreams are BIG!

WORK HARD. HAVE FUN. LOVE LIKE FAMILY.

So proud to be a TVCC Mini Cardinal! ❤️🤍🖤

Same coach. New skills. Bigger goals. ❤️

From my very first lessons to where I am today, Coach Ramon has been there through it all!

From tumbling and back handsprings to stunting, stretching, and everything in between, he’s spent countless hours teaching me, challenging me, and helping me grow.

Every correction, every repetition, every little milestone… it all adds up. And I’m so thankful to have a coach who puts so much time, patience, and heart into helping me become a better athlete.

The skills may look different today than they did when I started, but one thing hasn’t changed… Coach Ramon is still right there helping me reach the next goal! ❤️

Thank you for everything, Coach Ramon! 🫶

One Month at @cheerforwardtexas! 💙

It’s officially been one month since I joined Cheer Forward, and honestly? I found exactly what I was looking for.

The coaches and staff here are incredible. The vibe is always positive. They’ve taught me that it’s not just about throwing a skill—it’s about body positioning, control, and perfect technique.

Proud to be part of the @cheerforwardbluecrew 💙

Behind every new skill is someone who believed in you before you believed in yourself. ❤️

Coach Ramon has been with me since my very first back handspring, teaching me, encouraging me, and cheering me on every step of the way.

It’s more than just learning a skill. It’s learning to believe in myself. 🥹

Thank you, Coach Ramon, for never giving up on me! 💗
