Happy National Coaches Day to my amazing NCT coaches. 💙💚🖤

There are truly no words big enough to express what it means to me to watch some of you come full circle.

At one point, I had the privilege of coaching you, pouring into you, pushing you, encouraging you, and watching you grow not only as athletes, but as young women. To now see you return to the North Collinwood ThunderCats and pour that same love, time, patience, discipline, and dedication into the next generation means more to me than I could ever explain.

There is something so special about watching the people you once coached become the people helping carry the program forward.

NCT has always been about more than cheer. It is about family, growth, confidence, mentorship, community, and creating a place where our athletes know they are supported, challenged, and loved.

To see you choose to come back and give your time to this program is one of the greatest reminders that what we built together truly mattered.

Thank you for every practice, every correction, every encouraging word, every sacrifice, every late night, every laugh, and every moment you give to our athletes.

I am so proud of the coaches you have become, and even more grateful that you chose to come home and continue the legacy of the North Collinwood ThunderCats.
