We know our services are desired and valued based on how people feel about their experience with us. But running our own events makes it hard to actually capture those reactions—until now.

@marygunning did an incredible job documenting the magic that happens when we’re live in action. She captured the candid moments showing what our guests experienced: the excitement, the anticipation, and the pure joy of interacting with our GlamBot for the first time. At one point, someone screamed (in the best way!) while watching their friends video at the sharing station.

The line became its own activity during the evening! Guests cheerfully waited for their turn swapping out which friend would grab more drinks, chatting with SJ as she prepared each person for their captures, and making friends with those around them. So many lovely guests told us their experience was worth the wait. 💛

Huge thanks to @brooksmuseum for letting us bring Mary in to help us preserve this moment. Her work says everything we couldn’t.
