Not sure if it’s because we get to adopt snails for science fair;
Or because @thecorelabpilates 7:30p BEGINNER50 starts on Monday (!!!)

In 2024, I met grief.
She set me on fire.
I asked her, ‘Why?’
I was met with silence and buried in shame.

I know shame dies in the light, but I was terrified - it was me who steered my ship off course in the first place.
Still, I took the blaze and fired the bricks and

I became a lighthouse.

So in 2025, we can shine together.
Until we illuminate the whole night sky for anyone still lost at sea.
Like so many that lit the way for me.
And we will never. dim. again.

I was so embarrassed of being clumsy, I didn’t see that falling down made me tough.
I didn’t believe courage could be quiet, until I met mine.
She whispers and has chattering teeth…she is steadfast nonetheless.

But, I didn’t realize any of this on my own.

My people pulled my WHOLE SOUL out of the depths. They didn’t look away from my pain, and to be shown grace like that when I felt I had nothing to offer in return - it changed me. 🩷

So, I got the strength to get to my feet
And go to the light💡 by @cheerupmin

Happy 6th birthday Atty!!!! 💖 I asked him if he liked his balloons, (I thought I’d try to be cute and put a number on both sides!) he asked me ‘WHY I THOUGHT he was 66 years OLD???’🤣
I said ‘I know how old you are. You’re my big 6 year old son!’
He said ‘Awwww, you’re my big 33 year old Mom!!’
🤣😂

He laughs with his whole body, handed me a fist full of jell-o the other day, and it just feels like he’s always been here. Love you forever, Atlas!!💓 by @cheerupmin
