It’s Laurel’s birthday and nobody has ever been more beautiful, brilliant, and kind. I’m keeping the majority of the sappiness to the birthday card and many many texts and conversations, but I’ve been reflecting with friends lately on how there is really nobody like LAUREL!!! Celebrating her always but especially today and in return she makes every day one zillion times better. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I LOVE YOU LAUREL!!!!!! by @cheese.obj
A year ago, when I first met Laurel at a fundraiser where she was doing drag, I kept talking to her for only a few minutes at a time and then wandering around because I was worried I’d annoy her by monopolizing her time, and I wanted her to like me. I’ve since come to learn that she did want to talk to me the whole time, actually, and I haven’t stopped talking to her since. Every day since then I have felt so absolutely thrilled to be in the orbit of someone so beautiful and incredible. Laurel! I love you so much! My life is so much better for having you in it! by @cheese.obj

LA !!!! @cheese.obj and I will be coming to you in mid-April with the premiere of our insane opera CARCINZE! through @overtoneind program Original Vision! Carcinize! is about a female pilot (no not that one) (well maybe that one) who crashes on an island and gets eaten by crabs (but she kind of likes it). We are ridiculously excited and cannot believe how lucky we are to work with the phenomenal team at @overtoneind SEE YOU THERE!!! ✈️🛬🦀 by @cheese.obj
