As the first Indian to have made it to the @guildedesfromagers, I am not only overjoyed but I am determined to share my fellow Indian cheesemakers and their wonderful cheeses with the rest of the world. 🙌🏻🏅

Many years ago I was sitting in this Vietnamese restaurant called Smiley House in Pune and I was showing my partner photos of the @guildedesfromagers, wondering that someday I’ll get there too. 🥺

Dreams do come true and that someday became my reality and I was inducted into the @guildedesfromagers by my mentor, friend, guide and teacher Sue @makers_and_mongers.
The night was surreal and I still can’t believe it! I am so stoked and humbled at the same time. 🤩♥️

Thank you so so much @makers_and_mongers for nominating me, thank you @roland.barthelemy for inviting me and thank you @carlosyescas for always always believing in me. Couldn’t have happened without you’ll ! 🥰😭

We asked Mansi Jasani of the famed ‘The Cheese Collective’ to share her favourite pairings, and she gave us our new favourite party spread. 💫

Tap to read through some great tips for easy breezy hosting albeit with panache ❤️

Slit each Medjool date and remove the pit. Fill with camel feta and warm in a 180°C oven for 3-4 minutes, until the dates soften. Finish with black pepper and a drizzle of lychee honey.

Sweet, soft Medjool dates with salty, creamy feta; both from the similar landscape of Thar 🐪

Spread some goat’s cheese on crackers or toast. Place a whole Ajwa date on top. Finish with a Salted Caramel Pecan.

Did we hear you spell yum? 😋

The tang of the goat cheese balances the sweet date while the nuts add crunch.

Saving the best for the last!

Brush the bread lightly with olive oil and toast until crisp. Add a small piece of Ranginak and a little aged blue to each slice. Finish with crushed Praline Cashews star✨

The blue’s savoury sharpness cuts through Ranginak’s sweetness - the ultimate harmony.
