WE SOLD OUT!!! 😭💖✨
We’ve spent this week processing this wild, beautiful journey. Massive thank you to everyone that’s been part of making this journey to writing, producing, and performing this show. Our premiere of “Help Wanted: Looking for a Black Woman” wouldn’t have been possible without @atlaspacdc taking on our extraordinary troupe member @evarlewis as a 2026 cohort fellow to make this bold idea reality!! Thank you to all the Atlas staff that went above and beyond to make this show and our experience a success! Shoutout to our phenomenal director @tallglassofglori for breathing new life into this work in progress.

Thank YOU for buying a ticket (ALL 251), telling a friend, attending our community workshop, or spreading the word about this show! 🖤

We ain’t done yet 👀 We can’t wait to continue to find ways to share this show and develop new work! Let’s talk, our DMs are open 😉💖 @michelleobama we’ll catch up later! 🇺🇸

📸: @mfaalasli (THANK YOU for capturing the essence of this premiere)

👋🏾 Meet our resident clown, Chizo! She’s a writer, actor, facilitator, and improviser with a love for the absurd and dramatic. She fell in love with performing when starting at @washingtonimprovtheater She’s grateful to @atlaspac for giving BT the space to create & take up space. When she’s not performing, she’s trying new recipes, obsessing over puzzles, or embarking on a new side quest.

✨ Fun fact: She’s great at growing tomatoes. They never let her down.

⏰ Come see her bring the funny at our show! Ticket 🔗 in bio.
