Chef Dabo is bringing years of fine-dining experience to one of Dubai’s most underrated neighbourhood restaurants.

At Naimas in Healthcare City, the chef-led concept blends Filipino influences with Japanese, Malaysian and Thai flavours, resulting in a menu that’s both technically accomplished and full of personality. Alongside standout dishes such as the Palabok Negra, Adobo Bun and Sampaloc Inasal Chicken, you’ll also find specialty coffee from Blacksmith Roastery and ceremonial-grade matcha, making it a destination worth seeking out.

Seeing Sir Perf here in the middle of the Dubai desert, guitar in hand… honestly, this one feels special. solid erp!

I grew up listening to Kaleidoscope World, 214, never thinking that one day I’d be standing here, watching the man behind that iconic guitar sound play right in front of me.

Some places just feel like home.

Plates passed around.
Glasses filled.
The smell of something good coming from the kitchen.
Conversations getting louder between bites, and no one in a hurry to leave.

Every dish had its own story, and somehow, every single one became our favorite.

But the night was never just about the food.

It was the warmth of the room, the generosity behind every plate, the hospitality that made us settle in, and the stories shared throughout the night.

A chef’s vision where food isn’t simply something you serve.
It’s a way of bringing people together.

Maybe that’s the perfect recipe.

Something beautiful on the plate.
Good people gathered close.
And a night you wish could last a little longer.

FOR THE LOVE OF SUPPER CLUB. 🤎

You might ask, “Bro, paano mo naiisip yung menu na ’yan?” 😂 Laki ako sa kanto! tapos inartehan lang, charot 🙌🏻🤗

Honestly? From scratch.
Ideas, testing, tasting, changing, cooking, plating… hanggang sa finally nasa table na siya.

Is it difficult? Yeah, it is. Kagutoooooom mag isip 🤭😂

But when you really love what you do, you already know the answer.

Tiring? Yes.
Crazy? Yes.
Worth it? YES YES. 😂

And with the Yes Yes Show playing in the background… somehow, it just makes sense. 😂
