So.. I went and did a thing! 👩🏽‍🎓

… never in my wildest dreams

..But GOD!

Second name, Favour! 🤍

Mr Allon Raiz, best selling author, entrepreneur and founder & CEO of Raizcorp, one of the biggest business incubators in the continent.

I felt like I was dreaming!

Delivering ‘The Best Entrepreneur Speech’.. haha, I was told to prepare one because they’d randomly select any entrepreneur to deliver a speech on how Raizcorp has been helpful to their business. I thought everyone was told 😂🥹

I was soooo nervous.. and still in shock!

… yes it did!!! My business was in shambles!

Ian Cooper, a seasoned entrepreneur, My Guide (Business Mentor). 🤍

Did the program with these amazing Entrepreneurs! Thandi, Brian and Vincent! So much love and respect in one picture.

Tendai, the man who taught us all!!! ✨🫶🏽

Nothing beats a proper braai when the food is this good! From quality meat and flavour-packed sides to all the little extras that bring the whole spread together, @picknpay has everything you need to create a braai worth talking about. 👌🏾

Good food, great company and a table full of flavour that’s how we Braai Like a Champion. 👑🔥

Heritage Day Eve calls for a little Mzansi twist! 🇿🇦✨

I’m giving my Lucky Star Noodles a fresh Spring remix with a vibrant noodle salad that’s light, colourful and packed with flavour. The perfect way to line the stomach before tomorrow’s Heritage Day festivities. 🤎🍜

Because even a Mzansi favourite can enjoy a fresh little twist. 😋

A little match-day cheeseboard magic with my sister and nephew. 🏉 🇿🇦

I wanted to create a board that felt impressive but was actually easy to recreate at home.. and these are a few of my favourite hacks:

- Make the cheese the hero
- Try a camembert pinwheel
- Leave a space in the middle for decorating
- Make salami roses
- Think about your pairings
- Give your cheese time to get to room temperature

Lastly?

- Don’t overthink it.

Would you recreate this for the next Springbok game? 🥹

A day in the life of a private chef isn’t just about cooking, it’s early mornings, sourcing quality ingredients, packing up equipment, and travelling wherever the job takes me.

The Nissan X-Trail has become part of that process. Plenty of boot space, a comfortable drive, and ready for every stop on the journey.

Here’s to creating memorable meals, one trip at a time. 👩🏽‍🍳 ✨

Dear Bottomless Cafe,

The food? 100/10.
The drinks? 101/10.
The bottomless sushi? Dangerous. 🤤🍣

My only issue? There wasn’t a recovery room waiting for me afterwards. A stretcher, a nap pod, something. I was STUFFED, okay? 😭

Safe to say… I’d do it all over again. by @chef__black
