Sounds & Bits from the last supper club.

A little behind-the-scenes glimpse into Chef Fiifi × Blossoms — the sounds of the kitchen, the energy around the table, the conversations, the laughter, and all those little moments in between.

Because sometimes, the best part isn’t just what’s on the plate ; it’s the atmosphere, the people, and everything that happens around it.

Good food. Good company. Beautiful moments.

“In my kitchen, it’s more than an ingredient; it carries the soul of the dish.”

For @chef_fiifi i palm oil isn’t just a kitchen staple it’s a vessel for identity, culture, and deep-rooted tradition. From the nostalgic aroma that brings back memories of lively family gatherings to its rich, unmistakable flavor, palm oil is the heartbeat of local food culture.

A floral journey told through flavor.

In collaboration with Blossom Café(@blossom_thefreshflowerpeople) , we explored the versatility of hibiscus, weaving its floral notes through every course of the evening.

But beyond the food, this supper club was about connection—the laughter shared, stories exchanged, and memories created around one table.

Thank you to @tamarabjonah , the incredible team behind the scenes, and every guest who joined us for this unforgettable celebration of community, creativity, and Modern Ghanaian cuisine.

Until we gather again. 🥂✨

A floral journey told through flavor.

In collaboration with Blossom Café(@blossom_thefreshflowerpeople ), I explored the versatility of hibiscus, weaving its vibrant floral notes through every course of the evening.

From smoked salmon and hibiscus pearl-topped banku crisps to caramelized scallops finished with a hibiscus reduction, grilled lamb chops served with ofam and smoky tomato butter, and a delicate maskey mousse dusted with hibiscus sugar, each dish revealed a unique expression of a single ingredient.

This experience was made possible by an incredible team whose passion and dedication brought every detail to life.
To the chefs and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, thank you for your talent, hard work, and commitment to creating something truly memorable. Your contribution transformed an idea into an unforgettable experience and reminded us that exceptional dining is always a collective effort.

Arrive, indulge, and savour where good vibes Blossom. by @chef_fiifi

A culinary experience with @experiencesbybeyond /
@beyondaccra.

Nestled in the lush botanics of the hills, we gathered for an intimate evening shaped by nature, culture, and connection.

The gentle sounds of the kologo set the tone. Meaningful conversations flowed. And between it all—thoughtfully curated pairings of Ghanaian cuisine and cocktails, each drawn from the richness of our seasonal harvest and locally sourced ingredients.

The kind of evening you don’t realise you needed until you’re already in it.

Until the next one.
