Let’s start with a simple base of healthy stuff 🥕🧅🥒🍅🌽Some Mayonnaise for cream, or you can totally skip if you don’t like the taste, some yogurt or greek yogurt also works 👍🏽Some ketchup for that pink sauce vibe, just a tiny bit, we are trying to eat healthy remember 😁Some salt to taste 🧂Paprika because I’m a Yoruba girlie, we don’t do non spicy over here 🥵🌶️Mix mix mix…..You can add some grilled chicken pieces, some nuts for crunch, feta cheese etc, maybe a splash of lemon juice, sweet chili oil etc but I’m just sticking to something simpleYou can eat this with chicken, rice, potatoes etcI’m trying to build my fibre intake as a sweet tooth girlie, Lord help me 😭😭I’m trying to unbig my back!!! Day 9: Building Consistency Nigeria is going through it, there’s so much heartbreaking news everywhere, people getting killed, children getting kidnapped, security is at an all time low, cost of living is high, the period is just not it, the people are doing the best they can to make the government aware of the situation but it seems solutions are not coming fast enough if they are even coming at all….The people are paying the price and it’s not fair, I pray God turns everything around because the situation is getting out of hand and we can’t continue like this…. 💔💔💔❤️‍🩹#maychallenge #buildingconsistency #godhealourland by @chef_folu

Why is my productivity timing giving nocturnal vibes, as how na.
