Whats your favourite thing to cook?
A good roast dinner for friends and family, turkey, beef, pork, anything!   What is your best restaurant experience?
Restaurant Kadeau in Copenhagen, it was my first 2 star experience and all the flavours were so amazing to me in the moment and the service was perfect and friendly.

Hot or Cold?
A balance!! I need the hot with the cold weather to survive😁 by @chef_gayowski

A highlight of last year when I was able to visit Asia for the first time visiting some awesome friends and eating all the great #food !! taken in Hong Kong by @chef_gayowski

As I said, I met a ton of amazing people so far working in this industry, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without meeting these awesome chef and people! As I cannot fit everyone in one post (nor do I have pictures with all of you) these are just some of them!

Well, the time has come to start anew, and what a better time than when starting a new chapter in life… For those who don’t know me, my name’s Matthew Gayowski, I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for 10 years now and like to think I’ve earned my title as a chef. After working across Canada with some truly amazing cooks and chefs, I now find myself in Amsterdam, ready to learn, teach, grow and hone my skills as a chef and a cook
